Just moved recently and have almost been here for 2 months! It is a very nice community. Amenities are great! Quieter community especially during sleep/rest times. Maintenance team has been great! The area is great, there is a Safeway just across the street and King Soopers and Walgreens is nearby! The area is generally safe and most of the neighbors are kind or keep to themselves. Shelley and her crew have been great to work with and we love where we are at and look forward to continue being here! Rent is about where you'd expect compared to other areas in the metro area, we haven't gotten a renewal offer yet but can't imagine we'd get hit with a crazy increase like some people get in Denver. The groundskeepers and maintenance team are cool and friendly, and the ammenities are great, like valet trash pick up and a place to wash your dog! The area is fenced off which is great. Some people keep the doors open and the back entrance is often left open, to where I've seen coyotes come on the property to chase rabbits at night (there's lots of rabbits and they're so fat!). Some people don't always pickup their dog poop but management addresses it when needed which is great. All in all, this is the best place we've ever lived!

My partner and I love living in Alta green Mountain. Richard and Shelley are so kind and truly care about their tenants. If you lease here you’ll find them both in the leasing office. Peter heads maintenance, and if you ever need help in your unit he’s super helpful, I see him working around the complex every day. The units are updated. The club house is a great shared space, with games, a pool, hot tub, and a complimentary coffee machine residents enjoy every morning. The gym is above standard for an apartment gym. The community is quiet and the location is perfect. Walk up the road behind the complex to the entrance for green mountain trail head. We resigned our first lease here (:I

Peter and the maintenance crew are awesome. They respond quickly to maintenance calls, are always out there cleaning up the grounds, and shoveling the snow early in the mornings. Shelley, Richard, and the rest of the office staff are always around and pleasure to work with. I’ve been here for about 2.5years and look forward to renewing my lease.

I’ve been living at Alta Green Mountain for over two years now and have only but the best things to say about it. The amenities are beautiful, the staff are so amazing and on top of things, and the location is unbeatable. I can head up to Red Rocks with ease on any day of the week, access the mountains in less than 10 minutes, have easy on and off abilities to major highways, and get to downtown Golden/Morrison in less than 10 mins. This location is stacked with things to do but also so peaceful and away from the city noise. I am happy to be here another year!

Alta Green Mountain has been an incredible place to call home over the past 2 years. I've been to this property many times as a guest and I am left in awe of how safe, cozy, fun and warm it is! I look forward to visiting and utilizing all the amenities this place has to offer when I am invited over! It's like my home away from home. This property is resort style living at its finest! The property includes all the amenities one could ask for including, a beautiful community room, gym, outdoor dining, outdoor fireplace, pool, and hot tub. The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed. The staff is top notch and Wyatt has been very helpful. Alta Green is just minutes from the mountains and downtown Denver and a great place to call home.

The moment I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by a friendly property director named Wyatt. Wow! First impression was. “ this place is amazing!” The community area is modernly decorated, spacious with lots of different seating but yet very cozy. There were people sitting working on their computer and some just visiting. There is a nice gym in lower level. The pool area- just gorgeous! It also has a hot tub and fire pits. It is a very pet friendly complex even having treats for your dogs. There is beautiful views of the mountains and skyline. The property is well maintained. Apartments are modern and well laid out. Everyone i met seemed so friendly I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to call this place home!

I love Alta Green Mountain! I feel like I am resort living in these apartments. The views are amazing, the mountains & downtown Denver skyline! Great workout room with access to a Peloton bike which I am obsessed with. The pool & hot tube are a bonus for sure. Whenever I have questions, Wyatt is there to answer with no problem!

This property is amazing! The décor of the lobby draws you in and immediately makes you feel like home. All the fireplaces and warm color scheme makes the place just the coziest atmosphere. The staff are all wonderful and make you feel like family and maintenance is done in a timely matter. The lobby is loaded with amenities including a resort style pool and hot-tub and the units feature real granite, soaking tub, tall ceilings and an open concept. My spouse and I have been so impressed with our experience at Alta Green Mountain. We signed a lease remotely without having seen the property, relying on other positive resident reviews. Upon arriving, we executed our move in paperwork with Shelley who was incredibly warm and welcoming. We opted to get a storage unit for which we needed a copy of a key made. To be honest, I half thought that this request would go forgotten (admittedly, I totally forgot about it), but Lexi made sure to not only have the key ready for us the next day but even had it delivered to our apartment. Together, Shelley and Lexi really made move in a breeze. The property itself is extremely well maintained. It is clean, and the amenities are kept in working order. If/when something breaks (as things inevitably sometimes do), Tyler has been quick to communicate with residents the timeline for repair, which has always been incredibly prompt. Shortly after moving in, I "needed" to file a maintenance request (as it turns out, nothing was broken - just user error). Maintenance staff responded within ~2 hours of my request and were exceptionally kind and courteous despite the fact I had called them out on an erroneous errand. The property is well located - ~25 minutes to downtown Denver, ~10 minutes to Red Rocks, and a few blocks from a nice morning hike around Green Mountain. Additionally, the staff hosts frequent resident events that are always totally fun, and I have had the chance to get to befriend some of my wonderful neighbors through these events. There is definitely a stronger sense of community here than at any other property I have rented at. Needless to say, I highly recommend this property!

My experience living at Alta Green has been more than satisfying. We moved here from out of state and management ensured a smooth move in and was very welcoming. They host social events to build the community here and all the residents have been friendly. The clubhouse facilities are some of the nicest I have seen at any apartment community and are spotlessly clean. Not to mention the location- right next to grocery stores/restaurants and 20-30 minutes from multiple parks for hiking. Loving it here so far!

Alta is an amazing property including a ton of amenities, great pool area, and really nice units that are very new. On top of it Shelley is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We lived in an apartment that we were not happy with for several years. With a pandemic and such it just didn’t feel like the right time to make a move. We are so happy that a month ago we finally decided to take a fresh step and ended up at Alta Green Mountain! Our move in was a smooth transition. Lexi was so helpful! The grounds are clean and well kept. The Maintenance staff was fast, friendly and efficient the one time we needed them. The pool area is beautiful and feels like you’ve entered a resort. The fenced in dog area is awesome for my high energy dog to chase the kong every night. Our neighbors are respectful. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. I am especially enjoying my walk in closet and big bathtub. The office staff is amazing and they even have hosted events such as an 80s pool party and a mimosa morning since we moved in! We are loving it here and are so happy we decided to move to Alta Green Mountain!

I've not yet moved in, but have signed a lease at Alta Green Mountain - so far the Leasing and Property Management team have been nothing short of amazing. They are always super responsive and helpful with all of my moving and leasing questions, and made the process for seeing the property and signing a lease as easy and stress-free as possible! Alta Green Mountain is such a great place. I've been here almost a year and a half and it's awesome. The leasing staff I worked with through my process of looking, then leasing and moving in were so welcoming and helpful. Our current office staff and property manager Tyler are all wonderful and very professional. Emails and calls are answered quickly. The consistency in the excellence of the staff is appreciated, and something you don't often find in the apartment world. Peter's maintenance team is also fantastic, work orders are seen to in a timely manner, and I have received telephone follow up each time the work is completed. I love the unit I moved into, it's spacious, full of natural light and it's the best apartment kitchen I've ever had. The location is great, the area is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the community amenities are top!

As a young woman, I feel safe and secure in this community. The staff is responsive and prompt on any requests (no matter how significant or trivial) that come their way. They are keen on making the living experience enjoyable from the apartment features/layouts and the extensive amenities offered.
I’ve lived here for 8 months now and love it. Clean and quiet community. The clubhouse and pool area is great and hardly ever crowded. The leasing office staff is very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues.

Management and maintenance have been great. It's a beautiful property with nice, newer interiors. Buildings seem well built but you can still hear neighbors sometimes, not a huge deal for me. Definitely one of the best apartment communities I've lived at!
My experience has been nothing short of excellent. The Management is very courteous and professional and seems to always go above and beyond! I would recommend this property to my family and friends!
Property is top notch with all the amenities you would want in an apartment complex. Pool and clubhouse are awesome!
5 stars to this property and it's staff. Amenities like bike storage, bike & ski repair shop, dog stations through out the property. There's a bark park and pet lounge/wash station. 24hr gym. Heated pool and hot tub and so many more. Maintenance staff keeps up this property quite well and Office staff is always helpful and responsive. A definite jackpot
My kids love the pool I think they would live In it if they could. Only downside is the houses behind our building those people can be noisy but not that the office can do anything about that otherwise we really like it here.
