Be aware of hidden fees in the contract dealing with 30 day notice. They will not make you aware of it while running up your charges.

Area in which the property is located is a high crime area and the property has absolutely no security! The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and nested in a woodsy area with many areas to walk pets; however, many residents do not keep their animals on a leash nor pick up behind their pets as stipulated by the lease agreement . Infrastructure is in dire need of repair and the apartments themselves specifically the bottom apartments have issues with black mold. For future tenants looking for a laid back environment with hassle-free management style this is the place to live.

I work for a local medical facility and attend night classes. I love the location and it's been nice to have a short drive and not busy traffic. Very comfortable.

Lock your door and bolt down your possestions otherwise one of these thieves will take it. Grounds keepers hire men to upkeep the lawn every other day but can't invest in camers or better locks on the doors. No gate so people just drive in and out all night I swear and I don't even think they live here. Very noisey all I hear are ambulances and police sirens during the day and night. I thought this was a decent community.

Poor management. Noisy neighbors and thin walls. Will not return.

The management was really understanding and helpful getting my fiancé and I into an apartment. The pool is very nice with lots of space for relaxation. The whole property is very serene and kept up. I have two large dogs and the pet park is perfect for them. There’s also plenty of grass spaces all around to walk them in.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation and satisfaction I have found in this apartment community. It is very unique to most other properties I have seen in this area. It is obvious that they do go above and beyond to provide the best service possible! The community has a unique home like atmosphere. They keep the grounds clean and trim. I've had great neighbors and the maintenance and office staff has always tended to my needs promptly and efficiently. My apartment is spacious and quiet. All in all, I'm proud to have found an affordable place that meets all my needs and know that I'm going to be valued and taken care of. Thanks to all -Ricky

Very low quality apartments. It may seem luxurious but it's not. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend this complex.

I advise you to not stay here. They try to assure you that they will fix things. They stretch it out and ultimately your issue won't get solved. The upkeep of this apartment community has decreased significantly. It is definitely not worth it. They trick you with the move-in specials to reel you in. Don't fall for it! Do you and your family a favor!

I loved here from 2014 to 2016 while in college and it was a great experience! Awesome staff, maintenence, and community!

Great experience with Arbor Walk! From the beginning they were so helpful and continued throughout my 3 year stay! Such a nice, clean, and quiet place to live! The staff is friendly and the grounds are kept up! I wish I wasn't moving or I would have stayed longer!

Just wanted to say thanks to the staff for their quick response with my service request. So thankful that you could work around my schedule so that I did not have to miss work. The grounds look awesome with the new seasonal plants and rock beds. I'm so thankful I chose this apartment property!

We moved in just a few weeks ago and it's been awesome so far! our apartment was very clean and all that we expected from seeing only online photos .We love the fenced in pet park and hammocks by the pool !

Just wanted to send out a thank you to all the staff and many of my neighbors at Arbor Walk. My job moves me all over U.S and it's soon taking me away again. I've lived in so many apartments but Arbor Walk has been one of my absolute favorites. I've had very few requests while living here but each one was taken care of quickly (sometime within the hour) and very professionally. The staff made me feel welcome from day 1 and still doing so today. It's been very peaceful, quiet and property is very well maintained. It just has such a great and unique feel of "home" that's hard to find in apartments. Thanks again to all and so many great friends and neighbors I've met here. I look forward to coming back if my job brings me anywhere close to this area again.

I lived at Arbor Walk for 2 years and loved it. The staff was always friendly and maintenance was on point with whatever I needed. Had I not had to relocate to another state for my job I would still be at Arbor Walk.

Arbor Walk Apartments is the absolutely worse place I have ever stayed in my entire life. I can not wait until my lease is up in July 2017. I will never recommend anyone I know to live here. The management is horrible and harasses the tenants or certain tenants. The walls are thin. The apartment is made out of low quality material for the price of rent you have to pay. I have not felt welcomed here every since I've moved in. The apartments were filthy before moving in. A friend of mine and I moved in these apartments around the same time and his apartment was infested with roaches so he had to move to another unit after he had already moved all his stuff in. The management lied to him and told him his apartment was clean and ready for move in. I made a mistake choosing these apartments for a place of residency.
