The Miccosukee Greenway neighborhood starts on the northeast of Downtown Tallahassee, near the intersection of Miccosukee Road and Magnolia Street, and extends northeast along Miccosukee Road. It is named for (and includes) the very popular Miccosukee Greenway, a 12.3-mile trail used for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and jogging. Historic Miccosukee Road is considered one of the city's most beautiful, offering a canopied stretch of natural beauty alongside the trail and park space.
Miccosukee Greenway is a large area that consists of several small communities, including Brewster Estates, Lafayette Oaks, Arvah Branch, and Hillwood. The neighborhood changes from one end to the other; closer to downtown near Magnolia Drive, it is much more urban influenced with large office buildings, shops and restaurants, and the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Property Ratings at Arbor Trace at Canopy
I am extremely disappointed. Arbor Trace at Canopy staff refuse to keep their word. I really enjoyed what I saw at the property so I wanted to sign a lease, but there was a wait list. I joined the wait list in March asking for a lease in early July. I had to pay $149 to be placed on their wait list, which they said would be a credit to my account when I signed a lease or be returned to me if they were unable to place me in an apartment at my needed time. I received no contact from them regarding my wait list spot until the last week of June for a September lease start date. Which was far too late to consider signing here. They are now claiming they are unable to refund my $149 wait list hold. I have asked nicely several times for this to be refunded like I was told it would be, but I kept being told they have to speak to the property manager and they would call me back but never do. It clearly shows on my account that the credit is there, so there should be no reason it should not be refunded. Let this be a lesson to others trying to lease here, do not trust what you are told! Do not expect for them to refund any funds you were promised! Do not trust them with your money! Very disappointing!
Arbor Trace at Canopy has BEAUTIFUL apartments. The staff is very friendly and has assisted me with all my needs. I just moved here from California and moving to these apartments have really made it feel like home. Highly recommend!
