The maintenance individual was accommodating and after some time was able to resolve the issue with the ac unit. he informed me in intervals throughout the process and shared parts he had to change due to being old and and worn out. My daughter and her family moved here a few weeks before and once I seen the complex and her apartment I knew I wanted to be here and apart of this community. I have a friend that is interested in moving here since she came to visit me
Life has become a bit less stressful and a lot more fun since I decided to live at Arbor Steele Creek. From the extremely helpful office staff to the timely maintenence crew, there is not much I don't like about my community. I enjoy the amenities provided and look forward to events planned at different intervals. I was even surprised when there was a raffle for paying rent on time and I won. One of my favorite weekends apart from the food truck day. Apart from all that, the location is pretty convenient, relatively close to some really nice parks, and has made living in Charlotte much more comfortable. 11/10, definitely would recommend.

Overall my stay at Arbor Steele Creek has been wonderful! Staff is friendly and professional, landscape is beautiful and well kept. Only issue I had was the pool not being open all summer for unknown reasons.
A real life nightmare!! They have roaches and bugs!!! The people in the office do not communicate or know what is going on. We have had issue after issue!! Do not waste your money or time!!!

Management is horrible, all nice until you move in, then good luck ever getting ahold of them again, and then when you go up there in person they say to send an email. I called to ask a question the other day because I'm a resident, it took 10 tries to reach someone and then when I did they said hold on a min and hung up and then continued to not answer the phone the rest of the day, I wasn't rude or anything I just had a question about my bill

This apartment complex is absolutely unbelievable and unbearable! From the minute you step onto the property you are being gaslighted and lied to about EVERYTHING. Apartments are cheaply painted over without being cleaned, the outside is consistently foul with garbage overflowing everywhere you look, old food all over the staircases and yards, wasp nests everywhere, and not to mention THE COCKROACHES. The cockroaches are in every single inch of the apartments multiple people from different buildings and neighbors of my own have all said the exact same thing, “There’s cockroaches everywhere no matter what we do and the office either ignores our pest control requests or send one guy out that doesn’t know what to do, no matter what they always come back in a matter of days”. The “weekly professional pest control” they offer is absolute garbage they either come in and say “the stuff i did last time should be working so idk” or they never show up and tell the office they did! The people working in the office are absolutely clueless and care more about their own personal phones than trying to help anyone. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! This complex will make your life unbearable and no one will help you here
Recently moved out of this community after purchasing a home. I had lived here for three years and I have had a great experience. I had one of the upgraded apartments with stainless steel and quartz which was really nice. I would have stayed here if I hadn't purchased a house. Over the last year, Luke, the property manager has made a lot of improvements and upgrades around the community which has made living here even more pleasant. My experience with the staff has always been pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Arbor Steele Creek!

I've been a resident here for 2 years. Luke and the team have done a great job making exterior improvements. Whenever there's an internal issue (very rare), the maintenance team attend to it within the day if possible. Management is great at planning pleasant surprises on the property. It is Peaceful at night. I enjoy living here.

Poor Management not taking responsibility for their mistakes, we request to see the new apt and we were told it was going to be ready the day we move in, but oh surprise it was full of bugs, roaches and insects. Their excuse is that telling us to make all the arrangements to move to a different one under our own expenses. Plus neighbors smoke weed around like everyday. Not recommended for the high price to pay.

This apartment facility is very nice and still fairly new. There are many things to do here for family. There's a pool for hot summer months, with a grill for family barbecues, a playground for the kids, a gym, and laundry mat. Everything to make you feel at home is here! They even have a clubhouse with free wifi and coffee. It's an enjoyable apartment to live at.
Last weekend on 8/21/15, my boyfriend and I arrived at this apartment complex, very excited to see what it would be like in person, since we were looking forward to touring it for about a month. We arrived there roughly 10-15 minutes before closing and asked if we could look at one of the apartments. Right off the bat, we were told by a man that he could not show us an apartment because they were closing soon. He then said he wouldn't mind showing us an apartment that Monday. However, I informed him that my boyfriend an I are from Delaware and would be returning home the next day. The man still refused to show us the apartment but gave us a pamphlet. Needless to say, I won't be back at all. If you really cared about renting an apartment, you would show someone it even with 10 minutes left before you were off.
The living areas are in generally pretty standard, my only gripe there is the really cheap flooring. My desk chair pulled up some of the laminate, I had to pull out the fridge (1st floor spider problems) and that pulled up the laminate. The only other thing, really minor, is (and I've lived in two different units here) they don't really do a great job with towel bars in the bathrooms - buy command strips. The amenities are laughable, the pool isn't so bad they just open a few weeks after other pools in the area, but the "gym" is aweful. They've got 3 treadmills (2 are broken) and only one piece of equipment - this offbrand bow flex tower thing that doesn't have enough cable to extend your legs or arms fully or enough weight for that to matter, and it seems like everything was taken out of there. No paper towels in any of the dispensers, or soap in the bathroom, and the roof leaks (in the gym, never had a problem in my unit). The office staff and maintenance people are really nice and respond promptly when I have raised issues (AC needed recharging - done w/im 24 hrs)
I only visited this place once. I liked the location, the office staff was very friendly, professional and helpful and I liked the amenities. Everything looked pretty and new, but I felt like the rooms were small. I started feeling claustrophobic just standing in the model living room. Ultimately I felt the rooms were too small to justify the rates.
all in all it sounded very p-leasant surrondings,we still have not de3cided when we will make our move. we definitely will this in mind.
