Property Ratings at Arbor Pointe
I always wanted to live at Arbor Pointe every day since they finished building the apartment homes. I received the opportunity to visit a friend's sister apartment after she moved in and it was a 2 bedroom rm with 1 1/2 bathroom townhouse. I thought it was very cute to have upstairs and downstairs. So when I received the opportunity to be able to live here at Arbor Pointe apartment homes, I took the opportunity with grace and gratitude. I moved into the same type of apartment the townhouse. The neighborhood isn't bad, it's pretty quiet at night except for the fire trucks, and the police siren, other than that I sleep through the night. The streets, grounds and garbage area's are kept clean for such a large community. I plan on moving into a larger apartment here at the Arbor Pointe apartment homes soon. Yes. I have many other opportunities to move out of Arbor Pointe but I made a decision to stay here at Arbor Pointe because it's a wonderful place to live!!!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I always have an issue getting maintenance to come fix things. I have to call multiple times in order to get them to come to my apt. Also, the leasing consultants could do better. I’ve called for questions and they’ll tell you they are putting you on hold and actually hang up and when you call back they say they’ll give you a call later and never do so you have to call them again days later. The apartments however, are nice.
My apartment is so comfy. I love that the ceilings are not too low where I feel like I have to duck to come in. So close to Fort Benning. Wal-Mart and hidden gem eateries are close by to walk to. Easy access to other parts of town from here. The office staff is great. Looks like they really like their job. Been here 6 months and haven't had any problems. My neighbors are pretty quiet.
Apartments are pretty descent. Office and staff are rude. They’re not prompt about fixing things but always come into your apartment whenever for “inspections”. Theft is common in the area. My patio furniture was stolen twice! Wouldn’t recommend.
I never had an issue here! The office staff and maintenance staff are fast at answering questions and respectful! They have a awesome customer service!! Its a great neighborhood and the apartments are so cozy. The amenities are amazing and this has been my favorite place to live so far!!!!
This is by far the worst place I ever lived, because maintenance people stay in my house and only wants to come in when I am not home even though I am usually there most of the day. I feel like my privacy is invaded. If I could rate no stars I would
These people are EXTREMELY Rude they come into your apartment knocking over stuff while they're so called replacing it and don't pick it up. They break things and don't fix it or offer to purchase a replacement. I've hAd a member of their office walk in on me while I was half dressed!! SHE WALKED IN MY ROOM!! These are the most disrespectful people I've ever seen. Only 2 good ladies that work in their office!! The sooner my lease is up the better!!!
My family and I have lived here for almost 2 years. and I have not had any issues. Management are always helpful and polite. If you or your spouse is military, the main gate to Fort Benning is less then 5 minutes away. Its very convenient for my husband to come home for a good home made lunch. Fairly close to the downtown area and river walk. Arbour Pointe have lovely bbq areas, gazebos, a pool and two wonderful play areas for kids, one of the play ground have water amusement for those hot summer day, Two gyms, laundry facilities and a business center. Safe to say I really enjoy living here!
Its a very clean environment. I don't really hear to many noise, they neighbors are very nice. I really like it here
My apartment is very convenient for those who r single moms, military, etc. Brand new elementary school next door, nice middle school directly across the street. Police dept, post office, fire dept, bank, Wal-Mart within 1 min drive. Apartments pretty new. Draw back, watch out for juvenile deliquents!
