The professionally landscaped grounds are maintained by Carabetta's 24 hour Maintenance Team, who use a year-round landscaping plan that provides seasonal color. Units include appliances and residents gain extra storage with a full basement, complete with washer and dryer hook-ups. Hardwood floors and wall-to-wall carpeting complete the look of the units. Some units have a one car garage, however there is ample off-street parking for all residents and their visitors. There is no application fee.
