Property Ratings at Arbor Oaks Apartments
Today during my lunch break I went to visit my one of my parents and to my surprise her neighbor was having her apartment treated for bedbugs. I asked why didn't they treat the whole unit so as to make sure you or noone else in this unit gets them? My parent is not the type to say anything but when I get back to work I plan to ask a few co workers in property management their thoughts and suggestions. This can be a nice, quiet, peaceful place at times and the 1710 building my family member lives in has some friendly, nice people. Sometimes it may take awhile to get something done with maintenance, but that may be the case anywhere. To my knowledge most of the new staff and management are fair people. Every tree has a few bad apples, however it seems to be to the bare minimum here. Thank goodness for that as my parent is a much older person and l am the advocate. They choose to live here, and likes it, so it's my job to make sure it's a quality place and treated well. We will see!!!
