Arbor Landing at Lake Jackson

We have lived here for a couple months now and we love it! The property is well-maintained. Any maintenance request is fixed usually the same day no matter how big or small the problem. This apartment has been surprisingly quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We have had no issues at all and look forward to living here a long time.

Suburb response time to deal with all the things that can go wrong,be it a leaky faucet, noisy refrigerator,or a sensitive smoke detector.The landscape maintenance is suburb, and the staff are both responsive and friendly.

I have lived here since early last year and honestly I love it! BUT I do have one problem. Some residents have propane grills on their balconies and in the lease it says NO Propane Grills are allowed on the balconies. I would really hate for an accident to happen with a propane grill in the building I live in. When I contacted the office staff they said they would take care of it. Have they taken care of it? NO they have not. My neighbors like to grill all the time with their propane grill. To me I think the Office Staff needs to get it together and start enforcing this rule that is listed in the lease. God for bid something bad happens with a propane grill, I will not be happy and I'm sure other residents will not be happy either. So please Arbor Landing do something about the grills before you have a bigger problem on your hands!!!

Huge bedrooms, excellent appliances,very quick maintenance responses,ample parking, the property is maintained with constant landscaping upkeep,also they constantly positively interact with tenants by having contests offering various prizes and occasionally offer different food treats such as morning coffee and pastries as you leave the complex for work.

The apts are very spacious. The grounds are always kept up and clean. The staff are always willing to go beyond to help the tenants. The maintenance guys are always professional and quick to respond. I will be reneweing my lease for sure. Safe for the kids to ride bikes and go for walks. Take a tour. You wont regret it.

Well let me just start off by saying i came from newyork,and with my eyes closed and based on reviews ,OMG fantastic I love this place its quiet friendly clean well kept and if u ever need anything fixed or just about anything my awesome office and team members are there ASAP. In the main office is Ashely Stephanie whom which i love so much just about anyone who answers the phone is AMAZING!I live in the d building on the third floor with my two kids and have an amazing view of the lake and, the apartment is big perfect,just looked brand new inside what more can i say but u wont regret it ever.

We looked all over Tallahassee for a 2/2. Arbor Landings had the most square footage for about the same price as the smaller apartments. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We were relocating from another state, the office staff made sure we had everything we needed before move in. Arbor Landings has been a perfect choice to call home.

My apartment complex is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the mamgement office is happy, helpful, caring, and quick. If you have a problem they will literally drop what they are doing to help you. I could not have picked a better place. The maintenance workers here are quick, they fix problems as soon as they come up. If it is something they are having problems with they are determined to get it fixed for you. The upkeep of the complex is clean and beautiful! The staff here make the stay here better and easier for you. I love living here, it is truly the perfect place to be.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for the entire summer and just couldn't find one that really worked for us. So we found club at lake jackson and we're seriously considering it. Until we went across the street and saw Arbor landing and of course we thought there is no way we can afford something this beautiful and perfect! So we got a tour and a packet and everything. They didn't have any of the 3 bed 2 baths available but they called us a week later and one had open up and the price was perfect! We have lived in our wonderful apartment for almost a month now and we couldn't be happier. I recommend everybody go check it out!

When I first heard about this apartment complex I was very skeptical. I looked it up on the web and thought " Wow this is really nice". My Fiancée and I decided to take a walk thru, and we fell in love!! The staff that greeted us are wonderful, the property is beautiful, and don't get me started about the pool. MOST of all the apartments are very nice, and BIG!! To make a long story short, my Fiancée and I are VERY happy to be called a resident.

Great apartment. Everyone here is friendly. The fitness area and the pool is great. It would have been nice if there was a basketball court. If it wasn't for the high rent, everything would have been perfect.

Living in this community has been a total blessing and relief. Not far from the main city but far enough you don't even realize is only ten minutes away. Great location. The staff are extremely friendly and events at the facility are also inviting for everyone!

Arbor Landing at Lake Jackson is honestly the bet apartments I have ever lived in. The office staff is extremely friendly as is the maintenance staff. The property is well kept. You won't find any trash on the ground anywhere. The residents that live here are very nice as well. I have never had an issue living here. If I have a maintenance request it is answered and fixed right away. The apartments are extremely spacious. I live in a 2 bed / 2 bath and it is huge when I say huge I mean it's 1369sqft!! That's almost bigger than a house! I recommend living here to everyone. This place is truly amazing and the living is easy here. I love where I live.

After living in my previous house for over 20 years, my dream was to find a new home that was everything that I always wanted: A place that is beautiful everywhere I look, a place that is spacious and well layed out, a place that is safe and has an extraordinary, caring staff. When my son visited me for the first time after moving in he said, "Mom, this doesn't feel like an apartment- it feels like home." I knew I had found my home, my sanctuary.

I have never felt more at home than I have here at Arbor Landing. The neighborhood is fun, safe, and friendly. The staff in the office are always exuberant and efficient. The maintenance guys all know your name and help you out with enthusiasm. The amenities make all of my friends, who don't live here, jealous. This is just a no notch place to live and I am extremely happy being here.

The first things that attracted me to Arbor Landing was its beautiful appearance. Stunning landscape work was only the beginning. The staff is more than helpful when moving in and so welcoming. Maintenance comes almost immediately no matter how big or small the problem, wasps nest for me. Gone before I could even blink. The apartments are spacious and have tons of closet space, ladies - can I get an Amen! I can honestly say, with my standards held high, this property is a dream. And the rent, you can't beat! I've found my home in Tallahassee!

The staff in the office is AWESOME! The pool has Wi-Fi (kinda) and a breeze nearly all the time since it isn't surrounded by buildings. Great spaces of green grass for playing any sports or outdoor games with the kids. Dodgeball games break out in the fall and Marco Polo if you're around the pool.

Honestly, I regret moving here. Everything seemed great on the outside looking in, but didn't realize it was a bad decision until I moved in. The noise issue is ridiculous! I'm on the 3rd floor and can hear the people next door and below me.You hear footsteps,music, closing cabinets, cooking, or just their normal conversation at all times of the day. Parking is horrible, sometimes it's almost impossible to get a parking spot so that i have had to park at the next set of apartments. I would definitely say these apartments were poorly constructed and over priced. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I live on the second floor. I can literally hear everything my upstairs neighbors do, I an follow their steps throughout the apartment. Every time they move anywhere, I can hear the thud and vibration from their footsteps. We are friendly and I have been in their house... they are not loud walkers or noisy people, just people living their lives. Ive also been in another neighbors second floor apartment and the same thing happens with their neighbors. I guess the floors werent done correctly (anyone heard of cork or sound insulation???). The place is nice but the noise makes it difficult to live here. I have lived at many apartments and many floors and I have never had this problem.

You won't find another apartment complex in Tallahassee that is this nice. While it is a little pricey, we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Maintenance is usually over within 24 hours if they are not here same day to fix issues. So far the staff has been great about helping and even offered to send maintenance over to help us unload. Definitely much better service here than I have ever experienced before!

Poor construction, lazy staff, not for a family. This place seems nice on the outside but is run very poorly. It is sad too becasue the corporate offices are located above the leasing office so you would think it would be top notch. The staff doesnt really know what is going on and they just are looking to fill apartments, they could care less once they have your money. Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!
