The best thing about Arbor Creek Apartments is the landscaping. They do a wonderful job. It's nice being walking distance from stores and restaurants. Also the trails are nice for walking. After that, this place goes downhill. Feels like a glorified hotel. Walls are so thin, I know when my neighbors are happy, sad, mad, sick, frisky and drunk. I can also hear when my neighbors shower, do laundry, burn something and fight. I have requested for my sink (that fills with disgusting water and won't go down AND the faucet sprays like a sprinkler) for months. They never fix it. Ever. Like never. Roaches, spiders, millipedes, centipedes are everywhere.

I have lived here for 4 years and being kicked out when my lease is up. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors above me made so much noise all day and at all hours of the night. The staff never helped me once. The noise echoed through the building and they blamed me?! There was also so much banging on the floor upstairs and it would never end. So I am the one that is told to leave. How does that make any sense? Very prejudice people at the office. This place is disgusting! Maintenance takes so long to help with any issues that you have. I would never refer anyone here to live.

I moved in Jan 15 . It’s really nice and peaceful neighborhood. I have met some neighbors who are pretty open arms and polite . Overall I love the space and location

I like it here! People keep to themselves for the most part and are nice. Office admin and maintenance are nice and do a good job of taking care of the residents and complex. Being so close to the mini mart is very convenient as well!

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, have no complaints after living here nearly one year, other residents here that I have encounter seem pleasant enough. Never hear any noise from other apartments, it’s quiet and peaceful maintenance. Does a very good job completing requests would recommend This apartment complex to others.

Comes with good things amenities however the condition of the apartment is not the best and there is definitely a roach problem in the apartment.

Awesome community they need to work on some things but that’s everywhere. Anything I need done it takes a while which they need to also work on but it gets done

Takes too long to here back from the office staff. Maintenance is decent but they too sometimes take too long to respond. For the most part I have had decent neighbors.

Convenient location. Close to many shopping centers, restaurants, Fenton and very close to Cary. Very close to downtown Raleigh and NC state.

Arbor Creek is a great place to live. It is conveniently less than 10 minutes of things. Arbor Creek also offers amenities like a gym, pool, and park for pets and kids.

I applied for this apartment on January 17th. I was able to turn in all the paperwork and get my keys on January 24th. Thank you so much Ms. Jasmine for your hard work, dedication, support and your follow up. I’ve never seen a company work so fast to make this process smooth. Ms. Jasmine followed up every single day whether if it was by email or phone. Even though the 20th was a holiday, she followed up with me the next day. I just wanna thank you for your excellent customer service. Ms. Jasmine has to be natural gift to care about the well-being of others and I really appreciate it!

Move in process was very easy and the leasing office staff was super friendly! They are quick to respond to any issues and the complex itself is kept clean.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I am still dealing with significant noise issues and issues with the property itself. I do not recommend moving here.

Noise from upstairs neighbor and management office doesn’t do anything about it. Also when submitting a ticket to get something fixed it takes about 3-4 weeks. They were to come on Friday as I was called and disarmed the alarm for them. Not sure what’s going on.

Great property. Management made me feel welcome. And when I had forgotten my keys in my apartment when I went to work and came home with no one else home they let me borrow a key to get into my apartment. So grateful and kind for the management and staff while I lived here.

Rents too high for the apartment you’re getting. Out of date appliances. Roaches. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Been asking for something to get fixed since I moved in 6 months ago.

I’ve enjoyed living here so far but the office does have some communication issues. There is a bit of a pest problem, but they do have pest control regularly spray

Great communication, fast with move in and the apartments are clean, friendly neighbors. Maintenance is quick as well. Be sure to pay attention to guidelines when trying to get in on a deal, didn’t qualify for one ??

Loud neighbors, large open floor plan which is a plus, I like the area. A lot of great shopping and restaurants. There is a mold issue in the apartments

Staff in the office is very attentive and polite. The maintenance, is wonderful was having a issue with my oven and they replaced the entire oven. What a wonderful surprise thank you to everyone for all that you do.

Very hard to contact, mold in the bathroom, been trying to get off my lease but it seems like they are dodging me fr, they locked me into a 18 month lease without asking. The pros are the neighbors are nice and they keep the parking lots clean, kind of chill area.

I like it. Nice and quiet. Some people have too many cars but that’s it. I like the dog park and the grilling areas. I wish the second dog park were functional.

Very peaceful neighborhood, the only negative things is the maintenance takes their time getting to you and will mark requests as complete when not done.

Common areas (hallways in units) do not receive maintenance. There are not clean .It is uncomfortable to see dirt when you are out the apartment. On the other hand, when you send a maintenance requirement it takes too long .

Good location - near shopping centers and more. So close to Downtown Raleigh and close to the new park in downtown Cary. Affordable community!

Very quiet here, staff is very receptive to needs and concerns. I had researched many other Apartment complexes and decided on this one. Price is affordable. Yes it appears to be an older community, but I am happy here.

Love it so far so good haven't had a single complaint yet and love the fact that I have a balcony noticed that the walls and floors are not sound proof but in all it's good

My experience in this complex so far has been an excellent one. I have had no issues at all with management. They do their best to keep the complex being a wonderful place to live.

The area around us is a great area for food, fun, etc. however the neighborhood is okay I don’t like how many car break ins abd people leaving trash and all the dog and geese poop around. Inside of my place is nice and clean but I still suffer from bugs every now and then.

The staff is really nice and responsive and my issues if at all get fixed promptly. I like the walking trail and it’s easy to get to stores and shops around.

Great place to live in. The only issue is that when people walk can hear it. Staff friendly when they are there. They even have a pool for the residents to swim or play in, an exercise room (never been into it, dog park to allow dogs to run around.
