I've never lived in an apt complex before but I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it! The staff is super friendly and responsive to any and everything I needed and maintenance was always prompt. I would highly recommend them!

I have lived at Arbor Creek for six years. The staff is very friendly, anytime you go into the office or see them on the property you will always get a hello. The grounds are always clean & well maintained. The maintenance staff are efficient & quick to responding to service orders. The location is across the street from a golf course & dining, malls are close by. I would recommend living here 100%. Best property to live in Wichita Falls.
I have lived here 2 separate times and I am finally graduating. I loved this place, the staff and how close it is to the running path and my school. My family has always felt comfortable with me living here and I have referred several friends and they take money off my rent for my friends living here. I am leaving now but if I ever come back then Arbor Creek will be my only choice!

I have lived in Arbor Creek Apartments while going to college at MSU. I could not have asked for a better place to live except back home. Every time I had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly, not that I had many. Management was always willing to help out and very understanding with different issues I had arise. If I have a job opportunity after graduation in Wichita Falls I will be moving back to this complex. I would recommend this site if you are moving into the area. I feel the location is great and the complex is nice with the plus of having great people to work with.

We have lived here for about two years and the management sucks. The workers are just rude. The price for the apartment is good but what they don't tell you is you have to pay for literally every little thing. if you have a little scratch on your floor they will charge you to get the whole floors done. The maintenance mans just barge into your apartment and are rude a lot of the time. I would highly recommended not renting here!!!!!
I have lived in this complex for about two months and its been nothing but great times. Management is extremely friendly and helpful. From what I have heard, maintenance is fast and done well. There are 3 pools at different sections of the complex. They have a nice fitness and business center also for residents. The only issue that some may have is the fact that it does not have a gate. But I have yet to feel uncomfortable or unsafe at night here and feel it is in a safe area. Highly recommend Arbor Creek to anyone in the WF area.
These apartments are pretty great. Great because you can walk right out the door and be on the city's walking trails or take a short drive up the road and be at the mall. The golf course makes for great views and plenty of dining is close by. The amount of square footage for the price, compared to other apartments in the area, is really great. We loved the enormous closets and extra storage that is available also... makes it easy transitioning from a house to an apartment. The best part is having management who respond quickly to concerns and requests. They also make it easier on residents by allowing you to pay online and even to set up auto draft.
