Arbor Bend

I have been in Arbor Bend for about a year and a half and have never had any issues. The grounds and complex are kept up regularly and we are given plenty of notification of when things are going to be taking place. The location is surprisingly quiet given it is close to the fire station and train tracks. Hannah (in the office) has always been very polite and prompt in answering any questions or concerns. I’m glad I chose Arbor Bend apartments! ??

My family and I have been here now for 6 months. We have found the neighbors to be very nice and helpful. The management(Hannah)is always available for any and all requests that may come up The maintenance of the buildings and grounds are always clean and in safe working condition. Close to everything. We are glad we chose Arbor Bend Apartments.

I have lived in the Arbor Bend apartments for 4+ years now. I have a beautiful three bedroom, large open floor plan apartment with upgraded flooring. I know a lot of the newer apartments are being renovated with newer an updated appliances and fixtures. The new management just had brand new toilets installed and showerheads which was a nice upgrade. The filters are changed out 3 to 4 times a year by maintenance and anytime I have had to put in maintenance for anything John the maintenance manager is here generally the day of. Hannah in the office is great at responding to any questions or concerns she’s been trying to put together a little events to get the community involved hopefully that will pick up as Covid goes away. Since I’ve lived here they put in new roofs, taken down bother some trees, installed multiple pine straw and bark around the entire property. Lawn maintenance comes once a week and keeps everything looking nice. The only drawback I would say is it is an apartment complex so you’re not always certain who you’re surrounded by but I have not encountered any issues with my neighbors. The other drawback is the gate system does not work regularly and pulling out onto industrial Boulevard at certain hours can be very bothersome with the backed up traffic. But I would recommend Arbor Bend to anyone looking for a great complex with no problems and I believe they’re the best value in town.

My first initial experience at Arbor Bend has been overall Sensational and a smooth process. Jassmine is the most reliable, compassionate and skilled professional manager I have met in a long time. She is extremely personable and welcomes you with a smile anytime you see her. An uplifting spirit. She always keeps the apartment grounds safe and neat with no extra unnecessary problems like most places and apartments in the Georgia area. Mr. John is also remarkable and truly helpful and genuine and keeps the apartment grounds in superb shape! And I appreciate them both. More customer service companies and Rental offices need more people like this ..Thanks Jassmine!

A great place to call *home*. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Jassmine (property manager) took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this.

No parking. They sill tow your car!! The maintenance is a joke. The girl in the office is never there if she is she's late and leaves early. The apartments themselves are ok.

I have been living at Arbor Bend apts for a couple of weeks now and so far so good. Jassmine and the staff here have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My work orders are fixed within 24 hours, and it’s really quiet. There is no hanging out at night or tenants bring extra loud that I have seen, and I feel safe coming home late. Their are plenty of parking spots near my apt building which is a plus. Jassmine definitely gets 5 stars for her customer service in this community!!

I lived here for 18 months and loved it! The facilities are well maintained, and the office and maintenance staff are top notch. I had only two maintenance requests - once with a toilet that wouldn't flush and when I was moving out I asked them to disconnect my washer/dryer. Both requests were done the next day. I'd still be living here if I hadn't accepted a new job in north Georgia. Highly recommended!

I have been a resident of Arbor for 15 years, and witnessed many phases of this property. Over the last two years I've experienced the high standard of living at Arbor Bend be restored. That is due primarily to our Property Manager, and competent maintence staff. They are on top of resident concerns, and repairs are done in a timely manner. I really appreciate the the warm sense of community, and the Resident Appreciation activities/events. Thanks for going above and beyond to make living here enjoyable.

My wife and I took a chance by moving here without even visiting first. And we ended up loving the place! Jassmine the property manager is always very nice and ready to help us with whatever we need. Our kids love the playground and the pool which are always kept clean! I would recommend anyone to come live here. We love it. Oh and our neighbors are very nice as well.

I recently moved back here and I loved it! the property manager is always friendly with and courteous and my daughter loves the swimming pool and playground! the grounds are maintained and kept nice I would recommend anyone to come live here!! KP

I love living at Arbor Bend. The property is VERY well kept. The property manager and maintenance man are courteous, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure my living experience at Arbor Bend is superb! I will definitely be renewing my lease!

Me and my family love staying here at Arbor Bend. No crimes, drugs nor people hanging all out in the breeze way or the apartment complex and when me and my family can lay down every night and don't have to worry about these things now that's what I call peace

Yes this may seem like a nice place to live but there just getting getting over on the people that stay here why would a apartments water bill be $90 a month RED FLAG I wish that somebody wrote a review on this place before I signed the lease it's been a nightmare since we moved in this place. DONT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE. It's not just me that feels this way I asked everyone that lives here how they liked it and I get the same answer -they don't fixes anything but they wanna get paid every month on time -they will lie to get you in the door I SEE SO MANY PEOPLE RUNNING FROM THIS PLACE DONT LET IT BE YOU DONT STOP KEEP GOING BAD MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS !!!!!!!!!!!

I move here 3 months ago and since that I have having problems with roaches all over the apartment and smoke smell even when they said that is a smoke free apartment (that's not true at all). I been dealing with the administration for that long to fix all the issues but they just said that pets control do his work and they can not do anything else about the smell and if I want to be move to another unit I have to pay more. Price it's accessible but the place it's not in the right condition to live.

Nothing works need updating you can pay $100 more a month to upgrade but the appliances still may not work but there "supposed to be new"
