I don’t find the manager, Leylah, assistant manager, Lorena and leasing person, Janice competent as communication and follow through with simple things requested is terrible. There seems to be a lack of understanding of what is being conveyed with the assistant manager and Janice as I have had to repeat simple things for their clarity. The manager, Leylah has a hands-off, Laissez-faire leadership style and allows her staff to make decisions and avoids direct involvement with the tenants. When I have talked with her, I feel like I’m an imposition to her time as she always seems to be rushed for time or in a meeting, and always states that I don’t need to speak with her, I can speak with any of her staff because the are capable of helping me. This is not true and I have a lack faith in their ability to help me hence I had to call corporate to get help. I could go on with all the smart home issues but I will end with this. Why would I even consider to release when I could lease somewhere within the vicinity and pay rent that is $300 less? Or better yet, buy a home that’s mine without having all the hassles of dealing with rules, fines, texts galore, and incompetent staff.

Arbolada is one of the most scenic and natural property layouts I have come across in San Antonio. The apt buildings are spread-out which gives you a townhouse kind of feel. Very Dog friendly!

The safety of this place is unmatched. I feel safe keeping my car unlocked and walking around the complex. Also everyone is super friendly, from your next door neighbor to the staff. if you want use their amenities they charge $500, no one takes care of lawns and insects everywhere. poorly built and super expensive apartment!

Arbolada is a GOOD place. The property is superb: it’s clean, quiet and safe! The location is beautiful. The apartment itself is lovely, the windows allow natural light, and they are very clean!!

If you’re someone who wants a Texas Hill Country view without committing to purchasing a home, this is a great community to join. The amenities are wonderful and the homes are beautiful. Our dog loves going for walks in a well-kept complex, and we plan to live here for a long time!

Arbolada is a beautiful community. The apartments are stylish and the property itself is beautifully surrounded by nature in a nice area of town. As for having any sort of communication from management on any concerns or having any issues resolved, this complex is seriously slacking.
