Property Ratings at Aquatera
We love the Apartment. The staff are wonderful and friendly. There is nothing to complain much about. The gate is broken most of the time. And it took 2 months to fix the computer for building 2000. The only issue we have is the steep price here. Is it worth it? That’s up to personal opinion. The living situation is great and the staff are professional, friendly and treat you like neighbors and friends.
I’ve only lived here for about a month but I’m impressed with the cleanliness and quick responses to maintenance issues. I like the quiet of the neighborhood and it has a perfect 5k running loop right outside its gate.
I absolutely love living at Aquatera. It’s a beautiful place with many amenities. it’s a great place to live and not far from the beach stores hospital just about anything you would need even a library. everyone that works here from office staff to the maintenance team are absolutely fantastic.
The apartments are really nice, maintenance requests are addressed quickly, property is well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and above all respectful. Parking has its constraints at times, especially on weekends.

It’s still early but everything has been really nice so far. We love the layout of the apartment and the balcony. The amenities are all really nice. The package pick up is a little annoying but not terrible.

I have worked here on the island for almost 26 years. Everyone kept telling me to move to the island. I finally decided to look into it. I had seen advertisements for Aquatera and went over for a tour. I love love it here. The staff is wonderful, and helpful. I love the area, beautiful apartments, and the grounds are always well kept. I also feel very safe here.
Nothing bad to say, well run community. It’s clean, well maintained and the staff is great. Only downside is the craziness known as the package room.

The apartment units are incredibly spacious and modern, they offer a ton of storage space, and I love the screened in balcony. The property is immaculate and offers loads of extra amenities. You have to have a pool in Hilton Head and this one is huge! There's 2x little things that need adjustment. Not nearly enough parking, especially closer to the gate, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor flush his toilet and SCREAM obscenities all night long!

I have been here since December, I really love it here. Aquatera is a beautiful property on this beautiful island. My work is about 10 minutes from here, lots to do and shopping is close and so is the beach. ???

Aquatera’s is in a perfect area in Hhi, north end of island is not as crowded and is close to shopping and driving to beach. The apartments are sound proof I rarely hear any of my neighbors….the pool and gym are beautiful and very clean..it’s easy to bike and get to walking paths…overall it’s well maintained, beautiful, and there’s follow through with the rules.

Grounds are kept neat and are nice. The staff is reactive and helpful. Apartments are very nice! There are many community events which are a great way to meet your neighbors.

I am new to the community but the staff were very helpful and everyone I have met seems very friendly. It’s not the easiest community to qualify for and there are extensive rules and regulations but hopefully I will enjoy my time there.

We’ve been so grateful living here. We have two littles (kids) and we did wish there were more space for common areas only reserved for humans so we didn’t have to worry about stepping in poop or sitting in dog pee, but we love the hammocks and chairs provided to give us that comfort and peace of mind! We’ve bbq and swam when the weather allows and it’s been fantastic! Most of the time we feel like we own the place because we’re the only one there! Neighbors are friendly and kind, and the kiddos love saying hi to the woo woos as they walk past us when we leave or get home. It’s been home for us for a year and it’s been wonderful!

Well I don't move in until December, but the experience I had on the tour with Ian was amazing. Took his time showing me around, answering my questions and helping me with the paperwork. Also I met Savannah who was very nice and friendly. Jon thank you so much for scheduling my tour and answering my questions as well. I am so excited to be a resident at Aquatera!. I have worked at the once Marriott Resort & Spa and now the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa for 25 years and now I am finally going to be a resident at a gorgeous property on Hilton Head. The pool is lovely this time of year and the funny smells that were wafting around this part of the swamp in the heat of the summer are far less abundant now that the weather has cooled down.

Very nice facility....fitness center, pool and clubhouse, along with monthly functions, clubs to join, park with fountain and cornhole, several barbeques.

This this the very nice place for our family and pet (Minky and Soula). We enjoy the club, swimming pool, and gym. The neighborhood is very clean.
