Taken care of quickly. Maintenance at Aqua is the best of anywhere I have lived. They respond quickly to your request, and fix the issue promptly.

Ac Fixed it quickly. Need to have someone monitoring the requests and Henry app over the weekend.

Filter change Request was promptly answered and new filter up and filtering.

Water Filter Our filter replacement quickly and professionally done.

Kelsey was great! She was so nice to take a walk in, very calming after looking at apartments all day, so informative and actually followed up on units and availability. So sweet.

Satisfied Need better Handel with people who own pets. Dislike getting on elevator and stinking. Hallways being cleaned by robots is awful. Hallways feel like they have never been cleaned. Carpets need to be washed or replaced.

Great place to live. I lived at Aqua for four and a half years. I made a lot of friends in the community was fun. Of course there's always a few things to complain about, but for the most part the management team resolve them. It's a great location to walk to concerts, restaurants, bars, and games. I really appreciated the hospitality of the management team during my time there.

Medium It took me from 11/6 to 11/8 to get it. Usually a work order is completed on the day its submitted.

Good job Sprinkler cover was replaced with in 24 hrs. Work order was issued by managment and completed next day

Love it here! From move in to maintenance requests, everything has been wonderful since moving in here! Would definitely recommend!!

Best Living Place Ever This was an amazing experience living here! I was here for 2.5 years. The location is great! The set up of everything was great! The apartments are huge! The staff was great! It is so easy to get everywhere from here. Everything you need is in one location. I did not want to leave. Thank you for an amazing time Aqua! Maybe I'll return if I move back in that part of town!

I have been living at Aqua since January and I couldn't be happier!! I found such mixed reviews for apartments in the Cincinnati area so I was honestly not sure what was true or false about living here but I am so glad I moved. Some pros: -beautiful, renovated apartments with heat and air conditioning. They just repainted all the hallways and common areas and are definitely doing a great job keeping the building looking nice. -very nice amenities (pool area, barbecue area with grill and bocce ball court, two clubhouses, golf simulator, and a gym that is almost always empty) -underground resident parking (I moved from out of state so I had no idea how nice this would be but it saved me during the snow in winter!! -very secure building with key fob access, as well as the ability to buzz in visitors with a high-tech door system where your visitor can basically FaceTime you before you grant access -very nice staff -quick responses to maintenance: the lightbulb in my fridge went out this week and I kid you not, within 20 minutes of putting in a maintenance request, there was someone at the door to fix it. A few cons: -the parking spots are tiny: this was honestly very daunting my first week since my car is new but I got used to it and they are big enough even for big trucks (just definitely look tight) -packages can be delivered to your door, by your mailbox in the lobby, or in the package room: I personally haven't had issues losing a package but it can get annoying trying to find where it was delivered -weirdly enough, the doors are very transparent to sound. They feel very solid in terms of security but you can hear practically every word from the apartment as you walk down the hall. It doesn't bother me but obviously isn't super ideal. TL;DR I would 100% recommend Aqua. I moved from out-of-state and have not regretted my decision for a second. It is everything I was hoping for & more!

A very clean place to live with many amenities! The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help in a quick and professional manner. Aqua is located in a great location with plenty of fun things to do within walking distance.

The pool area is always way too crowded, good luck finding a chair. Also, majority of the residents are in their 20’s & party every day. Most are loud & disrespectful, playing music & yelling until 2am or later. It’s very uncomfortable. Comparable to living in a dorm! Stay away unless that’s what you’re looking for.

The garage has flooded multiple times, once even with raw sewage! The pool attendant openly carries a pistol around and has the attitude to match. We've had multiple break in attempts, with even warnings directly from management to be on the lookout! If you value your peace and belongings I'd suggest going elsewhere!

The irony in their "Call and speak to our friendly staff today!", considering they are anything but friendly. The apartment and amenities are fantastic but the staff are going to run Aqua to the ground. Every single one of them are unprofessional, rude, gossip with one another and with tenants, and mock tenants as they walk out of the front office (I've seen it!). They single people out and treat them horribly. The "pool monitor" has anger problems. You'll notice they removed the "Review" tab on their Facebook because of such bad feedback from current tenants. Stear clear until they do a management flip, unless you want to be watched and harassed by big brother.

My first attempt to visit this place was a flop, no one was available after I made an appointment, ugh. I called to reschedule and the girl was rude, but I wanted to look anyway. Don't waste your time. This place would be worse than any dorm I ever lived in - my personal feeling. Loud people, music, craziness at the pool, etc. This is not a place I want to live and maintain a professional lifestyle. Glad I went down the road...I love my new home.
