Social is a very friendly community. The amenities and other services are quite good. The staff responds in time and does proper maintenance checks.

The only reason for the 3 stars my room smells like weed every night I come home from work and my apartment is still not 100% I like the parking and the staff and it’s very quiet here

I really enjoy the interactions with the staff but, they are understaffed and unavailable often. The phone line does not get picked up 50% of the time. Upon moving in there were a lot of things not set up or clearly broken.

So far my experience is good with social seminole. I like the community and organised environment. The place is quite clean, and closer to all the shops and restaurants.

The unit has several issues that need attention. We raised these complaints multiple times, but no action has been taken. Burners on the stove are not working, and the microwave is also non-functional. The sink extension pipe used for rinsing and cleaning is broken, and some lights are not functioning properly. Additionally, the AC system makes a loud noise when operating, and there is water leakage from the windows during rainfall. The mirror in my room has a visible crack, and several areas of the wooden furniture have cracks as well. The unit has not been cleaned properly, and there is a significant presence of cockroaches throughout the space, which is concerning.

I was waiting 1 hours to get a key for move in, so if you have anything to do, wait until you have an open day. When staff come by to do inspections/maintenance be aware of loud banging they knock on the doors like they’re the police

I live in a 4x4 unit, meaning four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each roommate gets their own space, which is great for privacy. My room came fully furnished, which helped me avoid the stress of buying a bed, desk, and all the basics. The furniture isn’t luxurious, but it’s functional. The bedframe and mattress are average, and the desk is wide enough for my setup.

I’ve been staying here for a while and overall, the apartment is comfortable and in a convenient location. However, I’ve noticed that maintenance requests can take quite a long time to be addressed—sometimes even months—and in a few cases, tickets have been closed without the issue being fully resolved. Renewing my lease for the third year now. Honestly, it could be better, but for what I pay, it's pretty good. Communication with the management was much better when Emily worked in the office. She seemed to care about the residents. I really hope they get someone like her back. On another note, the fitness center needs some serious attention. A bunch of the equipment has been broken for more than a couple of months now. It'd be great if they could get that fixed up soon.

The apartment is a little dirtier than I expected. I don’t like that the bathroom and sink are separate rooms. The bathroom could use a little bit more space.

Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.

Pool isn't as deep as I thought and gyms is ok everything else Is more than ok for 500 a month rooms and bathrooms are great for the most part and neighbors are ok as well

Everything is great till now. Staffs are great. Ambience is good. However, maintainance still can be better. Aparmrnts not as clean and new as the model that is shown in the tour.

It not as good it needs to be, Its is shown great in website but once you get in lease its different and bad experience. Late maintenance teams on the work orders raised takes months to fix them under your constant push at the leasing office.

The community is very nice and is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and grocery stores making it convenient for myself and other residents. There is a serious need for the complex to get mailboxes and possibly a package drop center for receiving and delivering mail rather than the current system requiring us residents to go all the way to the office to retrieve our mail or packages.

so far not that good. we have been assigned a wornout apartment, the door locks are broken, carpet is dirty and there was mold is the bathroom.

For my first off campus apartment with the low rent it was good. The staff isn’t that nice and the maintenance does not really take care of things so I will be moving out after my lease is up.
