Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.

It not as good it needs to be, Its is shown great in website but once you get in lease its different and bad experience. Late maintenance teams on the work orders raised takes months to fix them under your constant push at the leasing office.

The community is very nice and is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and grocery stores making it convenient for myself and other residents. There is a serious need for the complex to get mailboxes and possibly a package drop center for receiving and delivering mail rather than the current system requiring us residents to go all the way to the office to retrieve our mail or packages.

so far not that good. we have been assigned a wornout apartment, the door locks are broken, carpet is dirty and there was mold is the bathroom.

For my first off campus apartment with the low rent it was good. The staff isn’t that nice and the maintenance does not really take care of things so I will be moving out after my lease is up.

Moving into Social Seminole Apartments was an overall great experience. The leasing process was straightforward, On move-in day, the apartment was clean and prepared, which made settling in much easier. The community feels lively yet peaceful, and the facilities, such as the gym are well-kept and accessible. The location is also a highlight close to campus and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants, making day-to-day living very easy. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable space to relax and work.

Good. I cant collect my parcel as soon as it gets delivered which sucks but other than that its good. They do respond to maintenance requests they take time though.

The social seminole has a good community. I can't really complain about my apartment aside from the people above me making a lot of noise late at night.

The social Seminole, formerly Aqua Club owned Apartments are best known for its budget friendly living option for students in Tallahassee, FL. They provide amenities but don’t maintain them. The 4x2 are 4 bedrooms 2 shared bath, I’ve been living here since 2022 and it always stayed the same but the price increase was gradual every two quarters. All there options come furnished adding value to the price we pay but my problem comes with their maintenance, lack of service during some situations where me and my roommates have faced challenges left me unsatisfied with the management. The problem is they don’t have enough people in their crew to take care of these requests and it’s understandable from a humanly side, but the amount we pay and the ever increasing utility bills bring the constant question of why don’t they service as needed as basic need for a problem. They need a proper maintenance team set and some consideration into renters feedback is all I can suggest.

I am giving 2 stars just because the location of the property is very good. Otherwise the staff is not friendly. They promised for roommate matching before signing the lease but after signing the lease, they denied and simply said we can't do anything. The services are not good. They will receive your mails but will say that there are no mails for you just to avoid the work. I would never recommend this property.

It’s been ok so far. Just wish they would be more lenient with rent. I’m in college and stuff happens sometimes. The apartment I’m in is a little outdated but otherwise it’s okay.

I like living in this community. It’s a nice neighborhood with good people who are usually incredibly easy going. The front office is occasionally frustrating but outside of that they are all great people.

The place is nice for living. Its affordable but you get what you pay for. I would suggest you take a close look at it and what it have to offer. But it’s a very nice place to stay.

The management is the worst I have seen. The people that work there don’t care. They are always on the phone. I have a dripping ceiling in the bathroom that they haven’t fixed in 3 months now. They keep saying it’s the people upstairs using a bidet, but they never do anything about it. The people working before 8 and 9 months ago were far better. They cared about the residents and their concerns. The new ones are just rude. They keep spamming me to renew when I’ve said I don’t want to.

The maintenance is not that good. This could be better. Takes too much time to resolve an issue. Sometimes maintenance requests are closed without resolving them. Need to raise multiple requests for the issue to be solved.

Took an entire month to fix the roof and the dryer in my unit and the maintenance person got an attitude when we kept asking him to fix it like his job pays him to do.

Great place for renting for the first time as a college student and great rates. But need a bigger fridge because of the amount of roommates u have.

This place has gone downhill because of the staff. The student workers are unresponsive, and the managers are no help either. Residents can’t rely on them for any issues. Packages go missing all the time; even with Prime, notifications arrive four days late. Now we’re told to dig through a pile for our packages, making it easy for anyone to grab them. There’s no roommate matching, so families live in student housing. Smoking happens inside, with no one to report it to, and the common areas are a mess. Maintenance requests require in-person visits and take two weeks, with no responses to calls or emails. Pest control is a joke, taking two months for basic action. Complaining to management only makes the staff ruder.

Maintenance is bad. Everything takes a lot of time to fix. The AC was not working in our room. And it took 20 days to fix the AC. The shower is not working properly.

The roommates are nice and the community is quiet which I appreciate pool area and gym and user friendly. Staff are understanding and friendly and usually get your problems resolve within a reasonable time frame

Social Seminole has been amazing. I lived here before, moved to two different apartments and returned to social Seminole. They are very helpful and care to resolve any issues that I have.

I enjoy the apartment spaces and how spacious and private they are but the staff here is not helpful. If anything they work against you and make it a difficult experience living here

They respond to complaints late and ask us to raise a case in portal which they mark as complete without even doing it. Too many roaches in the unit.

I love my apartment and my roommates. The Air condition and laundry machine is usually an issue occasionally because we make it work. The maintenance are prompt and come within reasonable time. They don’t delay often. Just occasionally when I first moved in but they are much better now. I love that they are always making improvements.

It's great community to live in, especially for the students. It's incredibly close to FSU, which is perfect for students who want to be within walking or biking distance of classes, the stadium, and other campus activities.

I like it here it’s very comfortable. I love the layout of the place. The people here are really nice. I just wished there was an easier way to get the trash down. Just wish that the pool could be cleaner.

Stayed here for 3 years. Decent place. Work orders take time but they get it done. Nice pool, okayish gym. Business center is 24hrs open. Free parking.

The apartment community is in a convenient location and offers well-maintained amenities. The staff is responsive, and I appreciate their efforts to address resident concerns.
