I love the atmosphere of the place we have chosen to live, it feels just like home. Moving in was super easy since there were no stairs and parking is right outside our doorstep. The interiors are super clean and spacious for everything we could possibly need to feel cozy.
So far I am pleased with my experience. The community has been quiet and the location is very convenient. As others have mentioned, the laminate floor does seem to peel a bit and parking can be difficult to find near your unit in the evenings. Management seems great (thanks Emily!) and I hope they are responsive to the issues above. Would also love a bit more greenery in the central area.

Application was pretty quick and easy, move in was smooth. When we first moved in the water had a smell that lingered around the house for days. It’s been 5 days now and it still smells a bit. The dishwasher was dirty, and the ice maker in fridge isn’t working.

Quiet community. The house is perfect and lots of parking. Very dog friendly. It feels like home. Love the private patios! No carpet means easy clean up.
Parking always available, the walls are thick so you never hear neighbors, and the apartments are beautiful! I love the pool, outdoor community space, and personal patios. This is a great place to live!

Quick responses from management and maintenance. Parking can be horrible. Get home early or you will be walking far. There are some things that can be done to make it a lot better but I enjoy living here.

The community itself is clean and quiet with very friendly neighbors. A small pool is the only amenity offered. The units do not even have washers and dryers. The laminate flooring is peeling in random areas throughout the unit. For the price point more should be offered.
