Horrible. My car were broken into, my animals were attacked by a leash animals, a drunk driver barrel through the parking lot. Office staff said they could do nothing without a police report. Still never got any cameras and never looked into anything. They will Force you to be a part of their Internet company and not allow you to go elsewhere, and then you can’t get service to get your Internet on for days at a time even if you work from home. Trash is never picked up and hallways always smell. Office staff is there because they have to be not because they want to be. They do NOT care about you or your kids! They care about your money and how much of it they can get from each and everyone of you without getting in too much trouble or without too much backlash. You can also hear literally everything that happens in every other apartment. My first year in Colorado was miserable because of this place, literally moved across country and would have rather of done it again a year later than stay in this apartment any longer.

I am not used to living in apartments and this place has made the transition from house to apartment seamlessly. I dont have to mow my lawn, I dont have to take my trash out and I dont have to pay for maintenance for anything. the amount of time and money I save living here is amazing. And Lendita is amazing!

Don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures and the "luxury" title of these apartments. These apartments are extremely overpriced and not all that safe. Dozens of car break-ins have taken place in the period of a few months, many amenities are not available or not as advertised (hot tub rarely in service, gym equipment that doesn't work, garage doors not working, internet not properly wired, key fobs randomly don't work for your apartment, etc). If you're drawn to the smoke-free aspect of this complex, think again. There is a lot of smoking despite it being a smoke-free campus. Management is unresponsive and uncommunicative and doesn't enforce any of the 27 addendums you have to sign alongside the lease agreement. Save yourself the trouble and go rent elsewhere.

Overpriced with terrible management and crime. Dozens of car break ins over the past 6 months. Sketchy people walking around the parking lot and they will take your deposit and charge huge fees on move out

Myself along with many other tenants have had our vehicles damaged and broken into over the last year. No security cameras on the property and no action from the management.

I'll start off by saying I moved into Apex in the first building that was finished. Since these apartments were brand new we experienced some issues like the mail not being delivered (however the post master general was fired shortly after so it wasn't the apartments). I absolutely love the layout of the apartments, the community ammenities, and espeically the front office staff. Notably Ms. Jacquie J. Ms. Jacquie the assistant manager is very sincere and geniune when it comes to resident issues. Any issue that was brought up was immediately addressed by the office staff and resolutions were made quickly. This complex is pet friendly and holds bi-weekly resident events. Maintenance issues get handled immediately and the security staff is always available. I would recommend this apartment for young families and college students. As an older person, apartment living and the noise you have to endure from your neighbors is not appealing. However this is a fantastic place to transition from moving cross country
