The Newport neighborhood is sandwiched between the spectacular Lake Sammamish State Park and Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park. Naturally, Newport is known for its easy access to these natural beauties along with other great parks. Appliances are outdated, rooms are tiny, a lot of area is wasted in hallway. The staff doesn’t take action despite raising the issues several times.
I love here at Anthology neighbors management everyone’s responsive, and nice. I couldn’t ask for anything better other than maybe the rent might be a little bit expensive. Everything‘s cool clean.

I love living at Anthology Apartments! They offer a variety of floor plans, and I currently live in a 1,083 sq ft unit that I'm very happy with. The layout and design are excellent. The community regularly hosts events, which I really enjoy, and the gym, along with the entire complex, is well-maintained. I definitely recommend checking out these boutique apartments!

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. It looks beautiful and does come with some benefits, but the management of the company is completely subpar and leaves residents feeling unsafe and unheard.

Anthology is a great place to live. It is in close proximity to stores, shops and restaurant. It also within 5 minutes to my job! I love the park type atmosphere. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and safe environment area to live in.

Moved to Anthology after selling my home. So enjoy it here; quiet, clean and well maintained. Great location; a few minutes to shopping and freeway. I enjoy the pool and have found even without A/C my apartment stays cool.

Anthology is a wonderful place to live. Shelby (Silver Labrador) loves it too!
Nice place to live. Mostly non smoking a few cigarette butts here and there but overall I very clean community. Cleanliness is a must for me so from that aspect I like it here vs other areas I’ve lived.
I have to be honest here, and this is one of my largest complaints. If you have any sensitivity to sound whatsoever, do not live here. You can hear people from the pool, you can hear conversations outside of your apartment from the third floor, and children screaming and yelling from seemingly every direction. My sister and I lived on the third floor and we could hear our downstairs neighbor simply walking...that shouldn't happen unless there is poor construction. I don't even want to know what it was like to live below somebody. Paper thin floors and windows, the only reprieve were the walls between apartments. On top of this, there are hidden fees when you move out...we left the place in pristine condition and even cleaned up nicely before we left, yet we were charged $500 for cleaning fees and other things. They kept the refundable charge that they were supposed to give back when we first moved in and who knows about the security deposit. I lived there for 15 months too long. It is a beautiful complex and if you truly don't mind constant noise and hidden fees, then by all means, you will probably be happy here. I for one could not be happier living elsewhere.

We understand that noise in some areas of the community might be louder or that specific noises can affect some residents more than others. For anything outside of typical apartment noise, we ask that residents let us know in the office, and the team can look into it further. Anthology is a lovely community no issues or complaints been living here since Sep 2021. Only thing that happened was someone hit my car but the damage was minimal so I did not even have to report it.

Anthology is a great place to have a pet. Shelby (Silver Lab) loves the open grassy field and multiple walk options to run, play with friends and explore. Shelby gives Anthology four paws!

Well maintained, lovely community. I was a former homeowner for 45 years and never expected apartment living to be this enjoyable. The pool and workout facility are a terrific bonus and also very clean. I love my garage and the patio.

Lovely apartment complex. Quiet, grounds are beautifully maintained, and the year round swimming pool is a big plus. I enjoy the tall windows with lots of light and my garage. Management is excellent.
