My experience at Angelo Place has been great so far. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds quickly to any issues that arise. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are well-maintained and easily accessible. The location is also convenient, with easy access to campus and nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I have had a positive and enjoyable resident experience at Angelo Place.

Very accommodating and great service the rooms are spacious with the shower and the bathroom and as long as you have good roommates you’re golden. I love how it’s also cheap.

The apartment itself isn’t terrible. Nothing was clean when I moved in and I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with anyone from the office. Disappointed in management.

There have been some "meh" things regarding maintenance (took entirely too much effort to get a lint catcher for the dryer, the microwave is missing a handle and the start button just... doesn't work), but the complex is clean, fairly quiet, and feels very secure!

Pretty good place to live, near campus and affordable. The built in laundry is convenient and I like the rent by room set up. The office workers ar every helpful and nice

Love how the leasing office stayed in communication during the leasing process and was really helpful while I was applying. They got me approved and assigned to a room quick and easy!

A good place to live that is quiet and has good amenities. I would be wary of rooming with people you don't know, as two of my roommates are very, very dirty despite me requesting for clean roommates. But overall, a good place.

I love my roommates, the complex is clean and put together. Noise is okay, the noise is worse from people outside rather than from upstairs neighbors. I would recommend.

It had been a very nice two years of living here. Friendly staff, clean property, quick maintenance. It is a nice quiet property. I also love how there is a courtesy officer in property at all times

Laura, is the best and runs the maintenance crew, she takes on a lot of hard work, and it does not go un notice. I recommend AP because it is a good place to live, while in college. It is close to campus, the pool is amazing! Laura will always take care of you. She does an amazing job cleaning the pool. I appreciate her so much !

Quick responses and availability. Staff was very helpful amd responsive. They where able to get me in quickly and willing to answer any questions I had about the rooms and application.

It's a pretty good place to live but there are plenty of things that could be improved upon. One thing is the plumbing and such, as my shower handle is installed wrong and the pipes get clogged easy.

the place is good, if you’re going to have any problems it would probably be with roommates. but, things get solved. but i noticed with how messy one of my old roommates was, the complex has really good pest prevention because it was disgusting for 2 years until i moved in but there weren’t any roaches

Cheapest place in town. GREAT maintenance staff !!!! Covered parking available, not all complexes have covered parking. Nice pool area. Quiet.

Love Angelo Place. When I submit for maintenance requests as minimal as it is they resolve within 48 hrs or less and are good about staying in touch.

Everything is great except my dryer sucks and they won’t replace it they just keep repairing it. Great price. Very friendly. Close to campus.

They are contracted with Lonestar Recovery to steal cars from poor college kids. Angelo place makes you pay extra to park in well lit/well maintained parking places. if you don't pay extra for this parking you have to park in the areas with no lighting, and super faded parking lines. So if you ever park at night, your car will be gone in the morning from Lonestar recovery patroling it all night. They give you no notice, and do not tell apartment management your car was towed. I found out my car was gone as I walked to where I parked to drive to work. We had to pay over $300 for double parking in a dark, empty parking lot. me and my girlfriend were both late to our jobs and reprimanded by our employers for this, as we share a vehicle. also when I called them asking why I was towed for "double parking" in an empty poorly lit parking lot the Lady on the phone just raised her voice and repeated how much it will cost me to get back my stolen vehicle. when my crying girlfriend called, just asking for the address and when she could come and pay to get the car back, the lady yelled at her too. I'm sure they make a lot of money with their partnership.

I've got no complaints. If you get chill roommates it's quite a comfortable place to live. Staff is friendly and more importantly competent. They same can be said for the maintenance crew l.

I love living here at Angelo Apartments. We get our own room AND our own bathroom. The pool is so nice, you can access the computer room and the workout room at any time of the day or night. The computer room has a scanner and printer that's free to use! No need to print out stuff and pay at the library anymore! Not to mention the staff are always so nice. And good lord is the rent worth it. It covers practically all the utilities, Internet and water included! Only one it doesn't is electricity. Also the experience is all pretty digital. You can sign your lease, Pay the rent, get reminders to pick up packages all on your phone. They even send you updates on maintenence updates and they get to them done fairly quickly too. Overall love where I'm living at right now and can't say I've had any downsides so far.

Quiet and private. Can sometimes smell like smoke but it goes away pretty fast. Apartments are nice and clean. Parking is easy as well. The pool is nice and clean and the weight room is also kept clean

My experience at Angelo Place was mostly pretty good. I have lived at AP for a year now, and the parts that ended up being inconvenient were the time waiting for maintenance to come and fix our dryer (which was broken for the better part of eight months), and our noisy upstairs neighbors.

Staff has been very helpful in Angelo Place apartments. My move in was very smooth and easy. I also got the apartment that I wanted through an agents help.

They make you feel at ease with the whole process and try to accommodate you if possible. The staff is also very nice you feel comfortable asking them anything.

I love how close Angelo Place is to food places as well as Angelo State, have been here for almost a year now and wouldn’t really want to change anything.

Double-size beds, private bathrooms, a shared kitchen, tables, and chairs in the unit. AP is pretty close to the campus. It's a good place for college students!

The staff is always kind and understanding, the maintenance gets to the work orders pretty quick and the pool are and gym are always clean. :)
