A safer play area or barriers would help. * Back Gate: The back gate is not operational, limiting access and security. * Security: There are too few security cameras, and no fencing or barriers around the community, allowing unrestricted entry. ***Positive Aspects: * Maintenance: Quick and efficient maintenance team. * Community Engagement: Great events organized to foster neighbor connections. * Dog Park: A dedicated space for dogs, though some owners do not clean up after their pets, leaving waste on paths.

I just moved into Andover community, and so far everything has been great. The staff made the move-in process easy and welcoming. The apartment is clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. My apartment is spacious, quiet. Pool and clubhouse — both are amazing! Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. The community feels safe and well-kept. Excited to be here!

Terrible onboarding experience and terrible exit experience. CONS- The security gate breaks down frequently, windows leak in building 4 when it rains, 7 people lived above me in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was not cleaned properly prior to move in. Small closet space. I was charged a replacement carpet fee when I moved for a carpet that should have been replaced when I moved in. PROS- Office staff was nice.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and appreciate the efforts made to maintain the community and amenities. There is one aspect I’d like to provide some feedback on — the valet trash service. While I understand it may be a convenience for some residents, I personally have never used it. The trash disposal area is just a short walk from my unit, and I’ve always preferred to take my trash out myself, which I do daily. Since the valet trash service is mandatory and comes with an added fee, it does increase the overall cost of living here, even for those of us who don’t utilize it. It would be wonderful if this service could be offered as an optional amenity rather than a requirement, allowing residents to opt in based on their needs and preferences. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I truly appreciate the community and all that is done to make it a great place to live.

The apartment is an ordinary place. However, my experience with the rude staff working there is horrible. The office staff made a ridiculous mistake and charged me money, never bothered to explain, and arrogantly insisted that she was right. When I went to the office to argue with her, she locked the door and left the office to do her own personal business instead of talking to me, even though it was office hours. The office manager finally listened to what happened and resolved some of the issues, but I've never met such a rude ?staff in my life.

Amazing community!I have lived at Andover for almost 2 years and from day 1 my experience here has been amazing!my dog loves the dog park and i love the fact that they offer resident events, it makes the community really feel like home. I would 100% recommend anyone to Andover without a doubt!

We love living here! Beautiful grounds, apartments and staff amazing. Friendly, maintenance done quickly! The property is well maintained. Lots of activities throughout the year.

Very friendly and efficient office staff,they go above and beyond their duties to make sure your happy.Top notch maintenance crew,friendly and knowledgeable.Stairs and outside of apts are power washed on a regular basis,even the outside dryer vents are cleaned regularly.Quiet neighborhood.All in all a nice place to call home.

Our apartment was flooded on 12/24/2022. The whole team was off for 3 days beginning that day. They were not able to spend quality time with their friends and family and also missed out on some relaxation time. They all returned to work and worked tirelessly to fix everything. Verlencia arranged hotel accommodation and kept checking in regularly and keeping us updated throughout. Also a shoutout to Walter, Hilair and Curtis for all their amazing hard work. It was an unpleasant experience but the whole team went above and beyond to keep the disruption to a minimum.

Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and efficiently. The property is very well maintained. Stairs are washed clean, outside of buildings are power washed, grounds are beautifully landscaped, etc. Excellent community to live in.

Andover at Johns Creek is a great community close to all the amenities (grocery stores, Pharmacy, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. The community offers park for pets, small playgroumd area for children, car wash, clubhouse, pool, BBQ areas, Exercise room, park close by and ideal place to walk.

Wonderful place to live. Beautifully maintained property. Grounds are always well kept, building interiors are washed and cleaned often, maintenance is always prompt and courteous, quiet environment even with children playing, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
