Overall, I really love the property and my apartment! It’s a really nice community. The only thing is I see a bug or a spider at least once a day in my apartment and I’m a fairly clean person but other than that overall I do like the property.

I love this apartment, very big, clean and quiet. I also love the wood view, it is very private. The neighborhood is also clean and clam. I didn't have the chance to try out other features, but I think they will be fine as well.

I love the location and community . I’ve only been living here 2 weeks and I currently have two issues . Roaches in my kitchen that I called the office about and also the lights from the kitchen , dining room , and back bathroom have all went out . I put a work order in and now I’m just waiting . The apartment is no ready to move. Too much time for paperwork. The apartment was not there nor the papers to sign. It took a couple of hours to be able to move. The person in the office was worried because his manager was not answering the phone.

I’ve lived here for a few years. For the most part the place is ok, but gate is usually broken, printer doesn’t work, limited gym equipment.

Overall, the leasing office staff are very helpful & responsive. Michelle is great with following up and resolving complaints which make my experience a whole lot better. Maintenace is pretty good as well but sometimes requests are marked resolved when the issue still persists. My biggest complaint here though is the residents- you never know who you’ll get. Walls are very thin so it doesn’t take much to hear your neighbor but quiet hours are not enforced which, if you enjoy your sleep, is a major problem. Courtesy offers have been useless this year. The grounds are kept well, but some residents litter and don’t pick up their after pets which is annoying. Valet trash is mandatory and an extra $25/mo with no option to opt out which sucks. Parking can also be a problem at times but for my area, usually when people double park bc they don’t want their car hit. Oh, and rent is high lol.

Apartment appliances need to be updated, apartments need to be cleaned before offering them to new tenants, there’s always a problem with the gate, and getting someone to answer the phone at leasing office is difficult at times. Other than that it’s a pretty nice apartment complex

I love it here! Peaceful and minutes away from everything! The location is ducked off so there's not so much foot traffic, and it's on the bus line for when you just don't feel like driving.

I’ve been for a few years and the experience is really contingent on your neighbors. However, Michelle is a rock star and very thorough in responding to requests and issues. For an assistant manager (aka manager), she’s really accessible which I genuinely appreciate. Walls remain thin, parking has improved since they’ve begun enforcing the rules, but neighbors are iffy. There was so a string of recent car break ins despite being Ima gated community. I just wish there was better surveillance. Otherwise, I enjoy it when I have friendly and considerate neighbors.

I really have enjoyed my time at Anderson at Clairmont. It was in semi-close proximity to my sons school & my job. It’s near the city. The office staff are accommodating and answer all questions. Before Covid, they had a lot of activities for the community. I will be leaving to move to a different state, but if I were not moving I would definitely still be here. ??

Everything was perfect! The leasing office was exceptional. The best group of people I’ve encountered while renting an apartment. They were patient and kind. They made sure my needs were met and all my questions were answered along the way.

My Overall rating living here will be 5 ??. It will get noisey from time to time which comes from the neighbor upstairs, but other than that it's a nice place to live.

The apartment is really nice, I love the space and the huge closet. The location is great, you can connect to everywhere. The staff is really friendly 100% recommend

The areas are always clean and everything is super organized, the application is very friendly and easy to use, the green areas give a pleasant view to the residents

I'm very happy with my stay here. I've lived here for about three years. Anytime I need assistance, the staff is always there to quickly assist me.
This apartment complex continues to sustain enjoyability. Still friendly folks in the office. No drama. No excessive noise. Still affordable. It’s been much appreciated.
Nice clean unit and community. Staff is very helpful. No issues. Love the pool gym and dog park. Very safe place for family. The appliances could be a little more upgraded for the amount of rent being charged.
Very quiet and homey ?? This is a safe place for professionals individuals working from home. Clean, great environment and maintenance on demand response .
Do NOT be deceived by the appearance of this place!! Oftentimes there is trash and food strewn about the parking lot and some pet owners do not pick up after their pets!! Parking is a NIGHTMARE as there is RARELY enough empty spaces for all the vehicles!! Leasing staff can be helpful and friendly as well as maintenance crew!! While you could do worse the prices have surged over the years despite COVID!! Best thing about this place is the location which provides easy access to the highway but you can only go ONE WAY and people FLY DOWN THE ACCESS RD!!
Great building, really pretty, just wish maintenance responded a little faster. The gym and pool area are surprisingly nice though. As are the office staff.

Good value for the price. Location is so-so, but allows for quick access to 85 highway and to zoom to the main points of the city. Amenities could be upgraded.
While my apartment isn’t renovated, I still have not had many issues while living here and I’m going into my second year. All the staff have been helpful and accountable since day one, when something is broken in the community like the front gate it gets fixed very quickly, and maintenance is responsive, polite, and quick. Only one star lost for groundskeeping. There tends to be littering happening, and it is decreasing, but a little groundskeeping would help with the little things instead of just landscaping. A few garbage cans near the parking stairwells may help as well. I haven’t experienced any bug problems and my neighbors in my building are very respectful of each other so no loud noises or music or hanging out in the breezeway, which is perfect for me since I WFH.
