I absolutely would not recommend living at Anden! There are far too many issues from poor quality flooring, cabinetry, poor response to emergencies, and the list continues.

Price, location, design... I didnt think Id ever find something that fit my taste - or budget. But I came across Anden, and I couldnt be more pleased. Comfortable and relatively affordable for SoCal! I dont think I couldve made a better choice.

I worried I wouldn't be able to find a contemporary town home like the one I had in the Midwest. But the Anden apartment complex surprised me, and I couldn't be happier. A great town home, mountains and palm trees! It made the move to California much easier.
Dont move to Anden during covid, they wont work with you at all and they are always doing maintenance around the properties and its constantly noisy or dirty from al the workers working.
