If you want easy access to Denver’s natural beauty and outdoor recreation, Kennedy is an excellent choice. The neighborhood is home to Kennedy Golf Course and John F. Brittany was so nice and helpful during post/pre move in. Nice amenities and neighbors. Love the dog park for my pup and the walking trails. My apartment was immaculate upon moving in. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The worst community management company I have ever rented from. They train and/or higher the rudest people who have no communication skills. The property I lived at (Andante at Nine Mile) was one of the worst places to live. I have worked in the apartment industry for a number of years, and have lived in a house of apartment industry professionals (20+ years) and we have never witnessed or experienced anything like this. The property manager is rude and insulting and displays the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed and experienced. When discussing these issues on the phone he became sarcastic and demeaning. My lease was fulfilled, proper notice was given, the apartment was cleaned (with the exception of minor items). The move out charges list that they sent out to us were extremely high and blown out of proportion. We received our final move-out statement and we called to discuss the charges to see about making a payment for reasonable charges. The manager flat out refused to take any payment, instead, he will be writing it off to bad debt and will not be collecting any revue for the property/owner. I am a Veteran and can and will admit to any mistakes or damages I have made and am willing to pay for those mistakes so long as they are fair and reasonable. I find it disturbing to know that a company such as Thompson Mitchie Communities takes advantage of people and places them in a situation of financial hardship with no remorse.
This is definitely one of those places where once your an resident, any requests you have going forward they do not care. For example my car got towed for not having the parking pass super present on my car, so after getting my car and asking for bother pass, they were going to nickel and dime me another 50 dollars after I paid 300 to get my car out for a pass! The parking is so bad there too! There are better places out there!! Oh did you hear about the rodent problem?? Go ask about that.
My unit is beautiful, but the builder apparently cut corners. For instance, the pipes are not properly insulated resulting in a notice to set faucets to drip to prevent frozen pipes. Now, I'm originally from an area of the country that spends a good couple months at below freezing, and even below zero, temperatures and never needed to drip faucets. A little insulation goes a long way. Also, although I never hear my lower neighbors or those to my sides, I hear just about every step made in the unit above me. I really don't think they're intentionally doing it, and they appear to be healthy people, I really think it's lack of padding under the carpet mixed with too thin floors. The location is amazing. 1 mile from the light rail station, which can be accessed by taking sidewalks along the main roads or from the bike trail that runs behind the property. The trail also leads you over to the reservoir with a beautiful beach-only three miles and easily walkable. Parking is plentiful, but the spaces are tight. I've never seen such close parking spaces before. I've never experienced a problem with the gates myself, so I think it's safe to say they fixed those after the other reviews posted. Overall I do like it, but I'll be looking at the possibility of upgrading to a third floor unit asap.

I love our apartment complex! It's mostly young professionals and I love the pool. There is a shallow portion that you can sit or lay in and I love it. I've only lived here for 4 months, but our apartment is perfect for our needs and love the layout. Here are somethings that get to me here though. The gates are always broken and I think it has something to do with the apartment complex across the street. Our apartment faces the apartment complex and we have had some issues with that and had the cops show up to ask us questions about if we had heard or seen anything across the street. I have seen the kids from the complex across the street out late when I took my puppy out late one night (too late for these kids to be out) and they started shaking at the gates. They didn't know I was there so I called my dog to startle them and they took off. I really love it here and the rest is good for the size and the prices in Denver, but I really would make sure that if I were moving here again I would demand an inner apartment.

We at Andante pride ourselves in making sure all residents are comfortable and have an enjoyable living experience with the office staff and their fellow neighbors.
I've lived here for 5 months and absolutely love my apartment! I was drawn in by the kitchen - granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space, and a great flow into the living area. My unit also has a fireplace, built in desk and shelf, and a soaking tub. The complex is very pet friendly and quite a few people have dogs. I've enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and grill area when friends come to visit. The staff has been responsive and easy to work with. There are a few other complexes bordering Andante, so guest parking can be limited at times. Other than that, I don't have any complaints!

Andante at Nine mile is a great apartment complex and I would recommend anyone looking in the East Denver/ Aurora area to check it out, if you can afford it (Rent around 1600/month for a two bedroom). The apartments are a little more expensive compared to others in the area but you pay for an apartment above the rest. *Maintenance is excellent and responds within 24 hours!!! *Very newly built apartments, new appliances, big bath tubs, gas fireplaces in-unit, and in-unit washer/dryers! *Pool and of course hot tub are heated and OPENED YEAR ROUND. Fitness center is nice as well, not a ton of machines but enough and it is rarely being used when I go.

I chose Adante Apartments for their affordability and modern interior. The community is gated and well maintained. The apartments are also equipped with a washer and dryer. Adante also has a year round pool and 24 hour fitness center. The location is awesome, I love the location!!! The apartments are near the interstate, Cherry Creek State Park, and close to Aurora but in Denver. In regards to personnel and maintenance I've found them to be helpful and friendly. However, I have not had any issues to bring up but when I moved in they made my transition easy. The only source of contention that I've had are the small parking spaces. I have a small, mid-sized vehicle and have experienced trouble parking. Overall, my experience with Adante Apartments has been good and I would definitely consider renewing my lease.
