Amorance is a wonderful property with a very walkable community. The front office staff are exceptional and host many community events enabling neighbors to get to know one another. They resolve issues quickly and effectively. The maintenance staff are members of the community. They are friendly and always around, so it has been rewarding getting to know them. The buildings feel quite secure and access is convenient. The bedrooms are very spacious with wonderful closet space. The only drawbacks I have noticed are the basic appliances and some lack of workable areas like laundry.

It’s excellent living here in all phases. Especially maintenance always responds in minutes and fixes the issue. The only issue is the appliances are terrible from the stove to the refrigerator having no water dispenser in the door. And the dryer has only one setting in normal for the heat and you can’t override it. All the appliances can definitely use an upgrade for sure.

Location is key with walkout access to downtown Alpharetta with boutique shopping, music, gathering area, seasonal market and great variety of restaurants. A healthy walking workout gets you to Avalon area for more shopping and dining options. Very clean well maintained property, indoor garage parking, valet trash removal, pool, grills with community eat out & eat in areas, fire pit to socialize or just relax. The workout room is equipped for the serious workout or just keep in shape. The 4th floor Club room has beautiful views in all seasons as well as many private balconies. On site management and maintenance at your service. Bright well designed spacious living with easy 1 and 2 level living apartment homes!

I love living at Amorance, mostly because of the people. The staff is exceptional and I’ve made some really good friends here. I do think the pool room needs a refresh. The booth tables are not inviting. Maybe a pool table or some sort of game that would bring an activity to the space.

Amorance is centered on the downtown square in Alpharetta making it an outstanding and desirable location. On site staff is very friendly and responsive. Community is relatively quiet, but the amenities are top tier!

Great experience living here as I’m in my 3rd year and it’s very nice. Maintenance is always awesome the view of the pool is spectacular and the breeze that always seems to be blowing when opening up my patio doors.

Amorance has beautiful apartments, excellent security and you can park your car on weekends and walk to many restaurants, bars and events. Higher end clothing stores and two sports bars. Farmers markets every Saturday from April through November. Downtown Alpharetta is getting better all the time. There is no place I would rather be.

When looking at luxury rentals in the downtown Alpharetta area, Amorance was hands down, the finest facility in the marketplace. After move in, when you typically get to experience "behind the scenes", the little details that you didn't notice, were better than anticipated.

You will not find a better location than Amorance apartments for restaurants, entertainment for all ages, constant activities, art & music, parks, library, food shopping, & pharmacy, as well as the safety of a police station - all within a block. The resident pool is gorgeous, the grill area (with a shared herb garden) and firepit are beautiful social spaces, and the fitness room is superior. But what makes Amorance truly special is their attentive management and staff, which is a rare find.
