One of the cleanest and safest apartments in the Dallas area. Close and convenient to anywhere in Dallas, and the apartment and maintenance staff is very attentive.

Going on my third year with AMLI West Plano and I absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing and so friendly! Paulina is so wonderful to work with. Great apartment community.
Having lived in Dallas and New York, the AMLI West Plano was the ideal find for us. The location provides great walkability to everything we need and want - restaurants, groceries, vet, parks, highway access and more. The amenities included allow us to have a great work-life balance, especially while working from home - the residents-only dog park and bathing station alone were conveniences that proved how pet-friendly AMLI was. Service responses are second-to-none. So far, I can't say enough good about the place and would not hesitate to recommend AMKLI West Plano as a great place to live.

AMLI Plano West is one of the best apartment complex I have lived at in north Dallas.
The office staff is very friendly and helpful (Paulina is amazing!!), the facility is always clean and the pool area is very nice. The location of the apartments and the security in the area are excellent.

The AMLI at West Plano is a great place to live. Nice aprartment that feels homey. Great building and amenities. Management seems to try really hard to meet my needs.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Given that I wasn't able to tour the apartment due to my work travel schedule, Elizabeth with the leasing team went out of her way to make sure I had all of the details on the unit, pictures, etc. before my move-in. As far as amenities and location, it has everything I was looking for, close to the highway (yet quiet), and walking-distance restaurants and markets.

AMLI takes care of the little details so you can live life comfortably. It's perfect for the busy single life or easygoing couple. The parking garage is covered and VERY well-lit, always clean, and very responsive staff. I've noticed tenants of all ages and all seem happy here too. Highly recommend!

The managment and staff at the AMLI West Plano made my move to their property a delightful experience. They were attentive to all my needs.
It's a great ace to live. Centrally located and so conveniently located near shops, grocery stores, highways. I can walk to shoppes and restaurants. The staff is very nice and very helpful.
The Amli is a well-kepted community. Though the Amli is a pet-friendly community, the presence of pets are not seen on the grounds or experience in the corridors by non-pet lovers.
I've been living at AMLI WP now for almost two months. We've already received one crime alert. I guess the stories and other reviews discussing concerns relating to crime are true. AMLI WP is a crime magnet. We received a notice that the property is a "green" building. No smoking allowed. I am not sure how this rule is enforced. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke, weed, meth and cigars. I was told we had a curiosity officer. Where is this person? My apartment is located on the second floor with easy access to the trash compactor room. Thank you Cabi Clothing and Ideal Protein of America for filling the trash compactor room with empty boxes from the business you run out of your apartment. My neighbor told me you don't even live here. You rent your apartment as a retail office for your clients. I guess Tribute Kitchen and Bath is doing the same. I talked to the office about the concerns I mentioned. I received the cold shoulder. I guess my golf cart tour of the community is over. Time for the reality of living at AMLI WP.
I moved into this community when it first opened back in May 2015. It was still under construction, which they said would be completed by July 2015, but due to poor project management it continued on for at least two months longer. Also, the shops that are being built next to the apartments were supposed to be completed by then as well, but they are still completing construction and you can hear the construction noise all day long Monday through Saturday. I honestly believe they rushed construction and opened early to start generating income as soon as possible, rather than taking their time to make sure everything was complete. The apartments are decent, but definitely not worth the price point. I understand they are gentrifying the area, but this is not Uptown, or Addison for that matter. The construction is your typical apartment living with thin barriers in between apartments and the "wood" flooring is just fancy laminate (nothing special). The main issue, however, is the management... They seem to be too busy to assist as they don't respond to their emails or return phone calls, but they are quick to let you know about amounts that are due or the invasive "quarterly inspections." Where, as I was told, they check to see if any "changes" were made in the apartment, such as a new pet, etc... Every time I go into the office, there seems to be only one person working at a time and they are always busy with someone and I am having to wait on them to finish up. The property manager doesn't seem to care about the residences and as for a fact she advised me that she will be leaving soon. I can only hope the new property manager will be better. There are also constant issues with other residences not picking up after their dogs and reports that cars are being vandalized in the parking garage. Also, there is only one trash chute on the whole property which is located in a far corner of the building and is very inconvenient to access if you do not live on that side of the building. Overall the apartment finish outs are nice, but are not worth the price point. Again the management response and help is poor for this stye of apartment living.
My husband and I owned a home for 11 years and were tired of maintaining a large house and yard! We wanted to do something lower maintenance, fun and fresh! We found it at Amli West Plano! The up and coming Plano West Village area allows us to step out our door step at Amli and enjoy food, drinks, shopping and entertainment like that of urban living but in a rural community we love! The apartment community is small with an impeccable leasing staff and maintenance workers. The apartment itself is large with top of the line amenities; hard wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Vegas style pool setting, FREE Starbucks and tons more! I feel totally safe living here and cannot imagine ever leaving! We love it!
