AMLI Uptown Orange

Management’s communication with their tenants is very poor. The building’s common areas area quite dirty and we rarely see staff cleaning. We had our rent increased 19% this year too. And the noise is incredible from our neighbors, we constantly hear them! However, I will say the location is great.

I just moved in and let me tell you, I've never been treated with such respect, care, and attention to detail as I have here at Amli apartments. Melissa was the first one to greet me and help with my apartment search, she was so polite and friendly. Kareem answered all of my questions and was very helpful. And last but definitely not least, Bryan assisted with my move-in from start to finish - walked me to my apartment while explaining how the appliances work etc. Such an easy and stress-free process. I highly recommend Amli to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

AMLI Uptown Orange is a beautiful apartment community with tons of amenities. The staff truly cares about its residents. They frequently ask for feedback and then make the requested improvements.

Location rocks! Staff rocks!! I feel 110% safe and secure at this property! Cleanest property I have ever lived in. Awesome property overall.

Staff have been courteous and professional from the start of our leasing application to renting our new home. We are very happy to be a part of the AMLI community and very much enjoy all the natural light in our apartment and amenities throughout the complex.

I moved from the east coast, so I really wanted to find a place to live that was safe, beautiful, had good amenities, was a good location, and didn't cost an arm and a leg just to live in a place the size of a closet. This provided all of those things and more! It's well-maintained, safe, quiet, and a great central hub for shopping, the beach, Disneyland, etc. I really love living here and see myself living here for quite some time.

Great space, quiet, close to work, love the gym. I love seeing everyone with their dogs. People are nice.

Every step of the way into my apartment home was magical ! This place really has the magic of Disney since its so close by. Great location from the Orange Outlets and I appreciate the Good Mornings from the AMLI team(: Couldnt be happier with my appliances that dont only look amazing, but help save energy and thats a HUGE plus for me ! Leasing process was fast and safe. Which made me feel comfortable and confident with the office staff !

This complex is a great place to call home. Its very clean for one. I see the employees cleaning every single day which puts me at ease especially during these times. The staff in the leasing office are extremely friendly, maintenance comes out quickly, and we have monthly events(food trucks, vday roses, March madness contests, etc.) which is really nice as well. It shows appreciation for us as tenants! The amenities are always up to par, not broken , dirty, or down with no eta of repairs. As well, free coffee 24/7.. I love it here !

We've been here for 4 years. We appreciate all the staff and and management on-site. They listen and try to help solve any problems. Most of our problems were minimal: Keyfob battery change, unclogging of the sink/toilet/shower/dishwasher drain, and replacement of dryer. There were a couple times where people parked in our parking spot, but we were offered another temporary parking spot in the meantime and was reminded of the option to tow the offending car (which we did not do). The location, proximity to work, the fact it was a new community at the time, and the in-unit washer and dryer initially sold us along with the staff who toured us (who actually live on-site). We read the reviews on Yelp before making a decision to move here. It was the only 5-star apartment complex at the time. We will continue to renew our contract given that the new contract leasing price stays within reason and fits our budget. Our stay here has been pleasant.

We are truly pleased with our decision to reside at the AMLI. We wouldn't want to be quarantine anywhere else. We feel safe and the staff keeps the residents updated.

Terrible apartment with terrible staffing and horrible communication. No amenities, terrible parking. One of the most awful complexes Ive ever lived in.

Repairs are taken care of immediately. Management is very accessible.

AMLI Uptown Orange has consistently felt like the right choice since we first toured it in February 2020. The amenity and unit features, sustainable construction and practices, and sense of community and security are well above anything else you might find in the area. The rent prices are also surprisingly comparable to other nearby complexes but with more than any typical apartment building might offer. Relative to the area, we're very satisfied with the choice to move here and are excited to make this our home for the foreseeable future.

Great location, but frankly it does not reflect the price point. The price itself is no issue. It reflects a normal luxury apartment price point but the amenities, cleanliness, and overall sense of community does not match their price point.

Beautiful property

Great place to live. The complex has free Starbucks coffee, fitness center, heated pool salt water, social hub room, gated garage parking, barbecue places, nice balconies. Very quiet and clean place. High security. Its close to the mall which is definitely a plus. The apartments inside are very comfortable and smartly built. The service is great, all the addressed issues are taking care of quickly. Leo did an amazing job helping us choose an apartment and gave us a lot of valuable information!

I appreciate the outstanding service from the apartment staff.

Overall I am happy with choosing Uptown as of right now! The willingness of the staff, as well as their professionalism, offsets some of the small things about the property that are less than 100% satisfactory.

They are cheap at the resident appreciation events, the office staff is lackluster, really noisy upstairs neighbors-footsteps are easily heard!!

Enjoyable living experience.

Amli Uptown Orange, dont do it! While the location may look convenient it comes with a price! Not only the rent prices, but a management team that cares little to nothing about you as a resident. They rent rooms out by the day/week/month so basically you pay to live in a giant Airbnb. Their maintenance crew is not prepared to make necessary repairs.

I had reported rats on site couple times, no one is taking action. Prices are way to over the what is actual cost. Do not recommend, there are many apartments for almost of a half price in golden triangle. Do yourself a favor and do not move in here.

We have lived in Amli Uptown Orange for a month now. My husband and I searched everywhere for somewhere that was updated, in a great location, with amenities. We by chance drove by and decided to walk in where we were immediately greeted by a group of friendly staff. Leo took all the time in the world with us and answered all my questions. He took his time and was clearly never impatient or annoyed by my neediness. I can easily say the combination of him, the other staff members and the amazing property that we were able to select our place to live that same day (that same first tour)! With Leo's help, we picked a placed 30 days out giving us the option to not pay double rent for our current and future home. We are so happy with our move and wouldn't be happier anywhere else. AMLI Uptown Orange has been my home for nearly 2 years. It has been a great experience and I've enjoyed my time here. While I work a lot, I know I'm coming home to a quiet and peaceful apartment to unwind from long days. The complex is managed well and the community has been great.

Wonderful staff and the location is perfect!

This has been the best apartment complex I have ever been to. The apartment is great and the staff makes you feel welcomed. Leo and Bryan are great. The amount of events Amli does each month is really great as Amli has done more events in 2 months than my last apartment did in 5 years. I love it here!

I love my kitchen!

We love management and all the staff. They have great attitudes, are smiling all the time, they listen, are down-to-earth, eager to help, have common sense, and have great people skills. The only downside is the noise coming from the hallways, the noise from people playing videogames and yelling, karaoke, singing in the shower at night and the footsteps coming from the above unit.

I had a situation there with my car and a worker, Cameron, went above and beyond to help me out! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! They are the nicest!!

Jessica is the girl to go to! She is the best. She answered all of my questions patiently and she was very honest which I personally appreciate. She stayed longer and went out of her way to make us happy and this is what I call great customer service. Definitely will decimals this place to all my family, friends and coworkers. So we are moving here this September and let me just say it has been a crazy journey this far!! Jessica is my rock star she is AMAZING and Cam he's so sweet and helpful and another rock star as well!!! Jeremiah is the community manager and he is a super nice guy!!! Very personable !!! ????
