My husband and I moved from the east coast to AMLI Lex on Orange after carefully reviewing the Glendale area and many apartments. We are impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the leasing office staff before and after we moved in. The amenities are well maintained and the guest suite is very convenient when we have out of town guests. The staff does an amazing job of keeping the building clean and maintained. We are enjoying living here.
Were going on our 2nd year at AMLI and we enjoy and appreciate our community. The overall comfort and location of our unit is AMAZING!
Moving across the country was a daunting task but our apartment really exceeded our expectations.
We've been here over 6 years and have enjoyed our stay. The management and maintenance staff are great. Everything in our apartment is kept working great. The property feels safe. The property is well located in downtown Glendale. It's a nice looking property.
Amli provides a quality home for a very fair price.
The facility and amenities are all fantastic, and Garrett and Rizzo are super helpful. Highly recommended.
The level of interaction, responsiveness, and support from management, the leasing office, and maintenance teams at AMLI Lex on Orange is exceptional. I know when something needs repairing, it will be fixed, any questions or concerns I have are always resolved. The responsiveness at AMLI Lex on Orange is one I have not encountered in other communities.

We really enjoy our two-bedroom loft unit at AMLI Lex on Orange. The kitchen is spacious and the large windows bring in fabulous light and create a welcoming atmosphere. The management here is very responsive and strives to make improvements and address issues when necessary. The location is great and gives you access to all that Brand St. has to offer.
Such a wonderful location and great amenities available! Issues / repairs get resolved in a timely manner so overall, its a very nice place to live!

We love our loft unit at the AMLI Lex on Orange! The architectural design of the ceilings and finishes give it a high-end urban apartment feel. Close proximity to Brand St. and the Galleria make this a perfect location.
I love Amli Lex on Orange so much. It is so quiet. The view from my apartment is amazing and the application process was a breeze. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live close by to everything but still have an apartment building that is quiet.

As a member of the entertainment industry I frequently need short term leases as do many of my colleagues. Sadly, the neighbor noise level in my particular apartment has at times been profound. According to all I have heard from other tenants and staff, this is not really unusual. Thus I could not really recommend this building.
Its a new great building, location is superb, you have Portos right across the street an Americana 5 minutes walking distance, access to local theaters and restaurants. Apartment lay out is great and maintenance is on time. I would like to thank management team , they always get back to you and help you out with any issues,our community is always clean the crew is working on site. We are glad to be AMLI Residents
The Lex on Orange far surpasses any of its competitors in the area. It's like living in an upscale hotel. The leasing staff is so efficient and they're all just really nice, caring people. I love living here, it feels like home.

I found this apartment on Apartment.com. Moved and realized all the issues that they have, especially after talking to my neighbors. - New apartment building with horrible Service. - Unprofessional staff of borderline teenagers who could care less about their tenants complaints. - They miss-advertise their amenities. Internet/wifi of common areas and business-room will not work most of the time. If you work from home and try to use the business center, then you'll want to look for another apartment building with better amenities. - They respond to tenants complaints by ignoring them and answer by: "there is nothing much we can do" Not worth it for what you're paying for.
In my opinion, the best value for apartment living in Glendale.

From day first day I took the virtual tour I fell in love with AMLI Lex on Orange. It checked all of my boxes for what I was looking for in an apartment. Great online reviews, safe parking, perfect location, and friendly staff/ management. The experience only got better with the leasing office and their willingness to work with me and girlfriend to secure our apartment over the phone. We were across country in Florida and could not come in person but they made us feel like we mattered. We werent just another lease to fill but rather two people who were moving across country and needed a new home. Once we finally were out in California and saw the building we knew we not just made the right decision but the BEST decision. Our tour of the building just confirmed what we already knew: we were home. Our apartment was clean and much larger than we expected with everything in good working order. We plan on staying here for a long time.

AMLI Lex on Orange is a fantastic place to live. The building is extremely safe, home-y and perfectly located within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping. Parking is in a safe, secured garage and quickly accessed from the apartments. The LUXOR package delivery system is also fantastic and easy to use for someone who orders online a lot, I never have to worry about packages being stolen. The amenities are incredible around the community and the apartment finishes are excellent. Rizzo in the leasing office is the biggest help and really makes you feel welcomed into the community. The value vs cost is unbeatable. I look forward to living at AMLI Lex on Orange for a long time.
AMLI lex is a beautiful complex with a lot to offer. Everyone and everything about it makes it a refreshing, relaxing home.
Amli Lex on Orange and the staff at Amli have truly made my family and I feel right at home. It was an amazing experience to be able to relocate all the way from Florida. Management made me feel like I did belong in California and at their community at that, being that they didnt give me a hard time when applying. The amenities are beautiful and the location is perfect with walking distance to almost everything. I would stay here for at least 2 years before I even consider any others.

Ive been here at AMLI Lex on Orange for a month now and have absolutely loved it! The staff and everyone in the office are super helpful, nice and respond quickly. The amenities are AMAZING, the gym never seems to be too busy (I go mornings/noon), the location is the best! I love how I can just walk across the street and there you have EVERYTHING you need...Food, bars, shopping, entertainment, everything! Every time I have friends over, they love it here and are very impressed with how nice it is. This is BY FAR the best place Ive ever lived!
