Initially, the office staff were superb at responding quickly and providing very detailed information. I came in for a tour and was mostly impressed. Considering the age of the buildings, they seemed pretty well kept and the upgraded models are nice. I feel the price is quite high, upgraded or not, as there are brand new properties in the area renting for less. I was a little concerned about the construction, as they're in the process of flipping the rest of the units. There is a nice gym, pool, business center, conference room available to rent, package locker and either indoor or outdoor parking. Indoor parking is $85 if you have anything larger than a compact car. It's more than that, if you want an extra wide space. I decided to apply and it all went downhill. I've never had an issue being approved for any apartment - and I've been a renter my entire adult life (so yea a lonnnng time). It should be noted, if you apply, they will tell you there's no minimum credit score required. There's also no security deposit. Plus, be prepared to spend $365 just to put in the application. They will get the credit and decision back in a matter of minutes. Then, if they don't like your credit, you will be ignored until they decide to contact you again. I followed up twice, was given a runaround for a week. If you don't cancel your application within 24 hours, you will forfeit your $300. You can either get a cosigner or a roommate if they don't like your credit - lol. Great options. The days of offering a lifetime of perfect rental history with zero issues, combined with a higher security deposit are apparently over. Great credit or no go... there seems to be no in between. They even told me flat out, that previous rental history isn't considered in their approval process. What? One other thing is I had to sign like 10 pieces of paper, giving permissions for just about everything and including a background check. I've never had a criminal background check done in 10 minutes... which is all it took for my credit (and approval "with conditions") to come back. If you have impeccable credit - never fear! You can ignore everything I said, they'll roll out the red carpet for you. If you have a "good" credit rating with a little debt dating back to 6 years ago, excellent rental history and no bankruptcies or collection accounts - best of luck. It's a roll of the dice if they'll approve. If not, you'll get the $300 back....in a couple weeks.
I love living here. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. Rent is a little high, but the amenities and quality are high as well.

I have lived at Amli of Seven Bridges for 2 years and am very satisfied with the excellent service and maintenance of this apartment complex.
Appearance of the property is amazing and the interaction with the management team is excellent. Maintenance issues are addressed in a most responsive way.
It is a great experience to have by staying here at AMLI at seven bridges. The management takes care of all the necessities and requirements for residents.
AMLI at Seven Bridges has beautiful units and is in a wonderful location with wonderful amenities. And that's where the good stuff ends. They regularly allow residents to abuse other residents, and if a problematic tenant is causing issues for other tenants, they will do absolutely nothing about it, and renew the lease of the abuser. Move here if you like being abused by horrible neighbors, and if you desire a leasing office team who couldn't care less about you or the safety of your community!

A resident for ten years, am very pleased with my situation at AMLI Seven Bridges.
I say this all the time, I feel like I'm on vacation while living here. The view from my balcony is incredible, I overlook the swimming pool and Seven Bridges Golf Club; what can be better? The management, and maintenance crew are top notch. I am close to renewing my lease for the 5th time, no plans on leaving anytime soon.
I have been happy here. Maintenance works very hard and are kind, friendly and considerate. Helpful office. Great location.

Amli 7 Bridges has professional, courteous staff members who go out of their way to help residents; this is in addition to having beautifully kept grounds, spacious well-designed apartments, and a great location. It is a joy to live here and a very good value for the investment.

Amli at Seven Bridges in Woodridge is a wonderful place to call home. The people, the grounds and the location make it great. Management and maintenance have much to offer the residents. The grounds and living spaces are well-maintained. In unit laundry is a plus.
Denise, Reem, Kristi, and Stacy are AMAZING and truly care about their residents. The maintenance staff is professional, courteous, and quick. Residents' voices are heard and addressed properly. Location is amazing and AMLI is home.

If you want stuck up management and poor attention to detail when it comes to your living then Amli will be your place. If you want the fire alarm waking you up at all hours of the night, never being able to find parking, and an unwelcoming feel then this is your place. The only reason it has a high rating is management caring too much.
