About 30 miles south of Boston, North Easton is a quaint, rural town. North Easton is home to Stonehill College as well. North Easton is family-friendly with good schools and kid-friendly activities like the Children’s Museum in Easton. Immersed in lush green space and filled with parks, reservations, and farmlands, the community here takes pride in valuing nature and living an active lifestyle. Local favorite Borderland State Park boasts woodland trails, a pond for fishing and boating, and a gorgeous historic mansion for tours and special events. The Natural Resources Trust is another local hotspot. This hiking area hosts multiple special events and fairs throughout the year providing pony rides, craft activities, and more. The annual Harvest Fair is one of the biggest events of the year with agricultural literacy projects and veggie contests galore.
Although North Easton is certainly an old-fashioned town, don’t worry; modern amenities are also nearby.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I found Ames Shovel Works Apartment on Apartments.com this past spring. I was planning a move from Colorado to Massachusetts and was concerned about finding a place to call home from such a distance. The property managers at Ames were more than friendly - going out of their way to provide specifics on the apartments available as well as scheduling time for me to visit. After having lived here for several months I feel so fortunate to call Ames home - quiet, green, well-built, and nestled in beautiful North Easton. The property staff have done so much to help me settle in and I'm very fortunate to have found our new home!
