Property Ratings at Amelia
We have been living here over a year and we just signed a new lease longterm. This have been a great place to live and it is close to many directions you want to go. The units are new and Diego is hands down one of the best reps I have communicated with. I highly recommend these apartments and you will love them!
Disappointed and not impressed with the disingenuous behavior of the representatives at Amelia. Management and ownership are very well aware of these concerns like electrical issues, no immediate hot water, doors, locks, handles and latches lock and will lock you out, creaking popping window frames and pipes in our ceiling and walls. We learned from our last go of addressing concerns and seeing what happened. Nothing!
When I first moved into Amelia in 2023, I found the management to be unresponsive and unhelpful. However, after working with April and Diego, I am so happy!! They're always quick to respond and have been incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. The rooms are clean, modern, and filled with natural light :)
Our experience living at Amelia has been one of the worst we have ever had in apartment living. We have always been so patient and now our patience has run out and we have given up all hope at this point! Do not waste your money or time they do not care! Our multiple complaints just get ignored or we are told we are working on it. 5th person to try to help the property be better but her excuses are starting to sound all too familiar too! If you have an emergency don’t bother them they will just pass the buck that no one told them it was an emergency and that to me sounds like you don’t care to hear it from us! Like I said all hope for this one year old property is GONE! Sadly if you care to take the managers advice and email her your complaints, she will not reply at all, trust me we have sent plenty and not a single reply going on weeks now!
Management and maintenance are both professional and friendly. Park, shopping and entertainment all close to home. Prices and amenities are just as nice and the community is clean and well maintained. Excellent to say the least. Enjoying the quiet comforts of home in our newest community close to family and friends. We have always been greeted with a smile. Neighbors are very helpful and considerate. The surrounding area has walking trails and parks all are very close to us. Luxury living means a place to relax after long day and Amelia Apartments exceeded our expectation.
It’s going to be a long year. Lack of communication on emails and maintenance requests not being tended to. I would definitely think about moving here. Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship that seems to be no one’s responsibility to help remedy. Can’t fix what is already broken because there is constant inconsistencies with who can fix what and when. You can wait days and no reply but you try to get help and it goes to nowhere.

Erica, Chris and Sara are absolutely the best! All three are professional and friendly. From day one the communication has been nothing but excellent. Being close to the freeway and work were our main reasons for looking in this area. The staff and the amenities are the real reason we have chosen Amelia Apartments for our home.
