Property Ratings at Amber Court
I lived at Amber Court for more than a year. I moved out and at the move out I was charged for the carpet, counter top and kitchen cook top. The carpet was not in bad shape at all. They mentioned that there were scratches on the counter top which are so minor when you notice. This was such a hefty amount and I didn't contest it as i didn't want to get into legal and didn't have time for it. The carpet has to be damaged for them to charge for it. It wasn't damaged. The experience was not good overall and the move out charges left a bad taste. I would not recommend Amber Court to anyone.
