      About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.

      First New Home

      This is my first home on my own. The process everywhere else was so tedious. I came in here on a whim and by the next day we were in motion. The process to get in was super easy, the staff has been nothing but polite and courteous. The ladies at the office were on the ball and they take in everything you say. Have a problem? They're on it that day. The amenities are literally BRAND NEW and look gorgeous. This has been the best choice to start my new life and I couldn't be happier.
