When I first moved in, the apartment had a few issues. I called maintenance to report the issue and to get help. Maintenance went above and beyond to help me out, answering the call and helping me within hours of my call!
I LOVE IT HERE! A lot of great changes to the community. Always on point with rules being sent out, safety, well kept landscaping, when u have an issue the staff make sure to try to resolve it, etc. Most important I LOVE MY GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE! Also Bryce & the maintenance crew!!!!!!!????????

Alvista is a nice place to live, the Leasing agents are very friendly and displays great customer service. 2 issues, the walls a paper thin! I live on the top floor and I can hear the people below me and beside me. I can hear when they are in the bathroom using it. There is never parking where I live.

The Leasing office Team has always given superior customer service, maintenance however has not. Maintenance always does a half job.(having to be called more than once) for the same job. The trash is an issue and the mailroom should be locked, and the gate has never worked.

I had some major concerns before but I'm happy to say that Bozzuto really listened and got the ball rolling. There are still a few issues being addressed but I've been assured that my concerns are relevant, and will be resolved in a timely manner. The property manager always listens and provides speedy responses. Maintenance has been in the apartment frequently and works very fast and diligently. Plus the maintenance crew is always nice, and provides good advise to avoid any issues in the future. My main concern right now is parking, but with patience I'm sure this too will be resolved. Few issues with the apartment. Wasn't fully clean, outlets don't work. Lighting problems. Mold on windows. Other maintenance issues as well.

Within a couple weeks AC Was broken and took nearly 2 weeks to fix. There is an unreal amount of bugs on a daily basis. My apartment was left unlocked once maintenance came and left while I was not home. The apartment I was shown and wanted does not look like the apartment I was given, the only thing that is the same is the wood floors. The cabinets counter tops and lay out is not what I thought it was going to be

My roommate and I have really enjoyed our living experience at Alvista Bowie so far. The leasing management staff is so kind, our apartment is spacious and has a lot of natural lighting, our appliances are all clean and well functioning, and our neighbors are friendly. I wish the sliding door to the patio had a screen door attached and that the refrigerator door opened on the opposite side, but I feel really good about living here.

The front office Leasing staff Jordan and Pearl are always Friendly and Customer Service Ready! Maintenance on the other hand not so good. Mediocre professionalism and poor customer service. Maintenance half does the job and I always and I mean always have to call twice for something.

Not worth the high price. Maintenance is super slow, management is mostly unhelpful. Takes weeks to months to get any issue addressed, and the leasing office says they will fix an issue when you make a complaint but they usually don’t, or it takes forever. Paying gated community prices but they took down the gate. You have to pay for a guest pass each time to take someone to the pool, never heard of an apartment doing that before. I like the location and the actual apartment is nice but I would not lease here again.

As you may be aware, in a series of incidents at Alvista Bowie over the last year, the parking gat e has been subjected to collision and/or damage by vehicles or users in the community. As a result of these series of incidents, Alvista Bowie has determined that the parking gate is not able to function in its intended way. We are disappointed to hear that you are unsatisfied with the guest pool pass policy. Due to the limited space available at the pool, the guest pool pass policy has been implemented to ensure the pool is available for our residents enjoyment. I'm soooo not happy! There is too much money on rent for the gate not to work. Contrary to what the property managers think, a gated community was a main attraction to even inquire about these apartments. Parking is still an issue. I'm tired of receiving emails about parking with no resolve. Why would there be resolve with no gate, no towing, and no attempt to ensure the cars taking up space are from residents only. Furthermore, I'm still waiting on repairs from the building flood that happened over a year ago. Now I believe there is mold in the walls and I'm starting to see bugs that I've never seen before. My neighbors stomp above me all day which is very inconsiderate and annoying. I've complained before but it still happens daily. One of my neighbors smoke so much Marijuana that the smell is constantly in my bathroom and it makes me puke. I've spoken to the neighbor but there has been no changes. I could go on but who's listening?!

I like where I live and it's mostly quiet. Upgrades need to be made to older apartments. I do like how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests.

It’s just ok. Over priced, slow to respond with maintenance. Gates are always broke. Mail box hasn’t been fix yet and been here for over a year. Only kept my lease because trying to purchase a house and the location is convenient for us.

Good place to live overall but maintenance is slow to respond. Also the gate hasn’t been functional since I moved 4 months ago. Parking is usually pretty scarce. But overall the community is pretty quiet and nice. The leasing office is very friendly.

Appliances are old and if you already live here that won’t change they just keep trying to fix the old stuff instead of replacing it. The gates are frequently broken.

Things aren’t getting fixed in the unit! The maintenance isn’t being done at all. They told me they was going to fix my ceiling the next day now it’s almost a month and it’s still not fix. And and I’ve live with a water damage floor for a year now

Safety is always important where you live… The gate is always broken and I guess because it’s old, not that it masters because anyone gets in even when it works. I leave early in the morning and I am always on edge, the lighting isn’t that great unless you park right in front of the building. There have been people in the staircase early in the morning that don’t live here, claiming to be waiting for someone, it’s just not a good feeling at 5am, bring a woman doesn’t make it any better.
