nice place to live it's close to grocery store. plenty of department stores close to here a lot of restaurants to pick from very close to here and the mall is also within walking distance! plenty of parking for all residents! staff is very friendly! they keep up with maintenance pretty much! definitely a good place to rest your head!

Very supported for many years, we have lived there for almost four years likely three years. It is pretty much more safe here. That manager is very helpful to our lives.

So far having a great experience.. As moving in just takes time to adjust to a new place. Everyone that works here is really nice. Around the buildings here are very clean doesn't have trash all over the ground.

been here almost 2 years very nice and quiet. great atmosphere. It's an awesome neighborhood. It is located close to alot of stores and shopping centers. There is quite a variety of restaurants in the area to choose from and the mall is within walking distance!??

It is a relaxed place, with all you need. It's easy to arrive walking to the supermarket HEB and to the shops as Target and Ross. Parking is great.

Living in one of the apartments that face Penbrook St and Wendover Ave with the ever louder and increasing traffic is like living on the freeway. On top of it, at night, tiny cars with modified exhausts, sounding off like huge military engines freely parade back and forth, just to be heard. Inside the apartment one ends up with black stuff flying at one's face while the exhaust pollution slowly gases you, along with what your friendly 'neighbors' happen to spray the air with. One pane windows assure that you hear everything around you, which not even your ear plugs plus head set can shield you from.
