ARRIVE Paso Robles was a BLESSING We were one of the early lease signers back in December 2023, so we got to choose an apartment that was perfect for us. ARRIVE had a good variety of floor plans to choose from. We also GREATLY appreciated the staff that works here! Any concerns or maintenance issues were quickly addressed and resolved!
Discontent The inconvenience is that we don't have parking spaces in the apartment. And in each apartment there are several people renting a room and that's the reason And it's inconsent that we who have and pay for an apartment just don't have a space to park our car and in the office they don't do anything to solve the problem and it's already a year with that

Power washing pathways has kept my building’s grounds clean and welcoming for visitors all year round. The grass near playgrounds is being ruined by kids playing soccer; we should replace it with playground rubber. Rubber ground offers superior impact absorption, significantly lowering fall injury risks compared to inconsistent, and often hard, grass, particularly when wet or worn. In addition, the durability, low maintenance, and safety features of rubber make it a better option for children’s playground surfaces

Maintenance Love the Maintenance Team at Arrive Paso Robles. I opened a ticket to have my blinds repaired. They were out within 24 hours. Great service considering how big the complex is! Appreciate everything you guys do!

Presidio Garden apartments are not the luxurious but neither are the worst. I've lived in both, a two bedroom and a three bedroom apartment. Both have a spacious living room, the main room has its own private bathroom, kitchen with cabinets, fridge, dishwasher and a stove. The 3 bedroom has 2 smaller rooms that certainly fit a king bed with little space to walk around. The management is sometimes not fair with all tenants which can be a little frustrating. There are also cameras set up everywhere but there is still a little bit of crime going on (thiefs). Still, this is a good place to live for small income families although the prices for new renters has gone up.
