I am enjoying my stay in Alturas Eleven Apartment. Here, the neighborhood is very calm and quiet, but there is a problem: some residents have unleashed dogs!

These apartments got so trashy so fast. Neighbors are so rude and loud and are never told anything. The apartments themselves start falling apart so fast and they paint over everything including inside sinks and the bath tub when you first move in so paint is chipping the entire time you live in them. Would not recommend anyone living here unless it's your last option.

The apartment was nice and clean when I first looked at it but once I got the keys and started to look around more in detail there was lots roaches coming out from underneath the carpet and were in the closets. I have sprayed roach spray everywhere and didn’t see one for about two days and now they are everywhere again. This complex seams to be infested with roaches.
