Located close to everything I can think of, a lot of grass and trees. The staff is super friendly and to top it off there is a place for grilling and sports

The apartments are super clean, move in ready! It is very quiet. The laundry is very clean and accepts electronic payments. Definitely a plus!

Friendly and welcoming our only complaint is the apartment was not looked over and my kitchen flooded due to bad pvc hardware not attached underneath due to calcium build up it needs replaced entirely. Kitchen sink leaks from the base and is missing the aerator causing a messy splash when using the kitchen sink. Most of my electrical outlets aren’t attached to the wall and will not hold prongs in the wall causing sparks and that’s a fire safety hazard. The kitchen stove top sparked on me and smoked when I turned the knob to turn it on. And the bottom right side burner does not work. My air filter to the AC unit needs replaced there is a shiny red light showing. Just a bit upset our new apartment was not looked over before we moved in. We’re also not to satisfied with the neighbors they have a loud subwoofer which dropped and broke two of our picture fames due from vibrating off our counter top. Other than that the lady up front is very nice and welcoming.

I am sorry for the problems you have had. Maintenance has reported that he completed some of your repairs yesterday and will return today to complete anything that remains. Please don't hesitate to contact the office with any concerns that may arise.
When we moved in, there were many bugs everywhere, and more than three weeks later, we caught a mouse in our unit. There are some issues with the water heater and other cabinet shelves are not in a good condition.

This has been the absolute worst place to live. Bugs and mice everywhere and nobody cares ever. Literally emailed 4 times and have been replied to and nobody still does as I ask. I pay for pest control just for them to Keep living in my house it’s amazing !!

I have been living here for about 4 months so far and I like it here. The office people are very nice. When I put in a work order for something to be fixed, it is taken care of within a day of requesting it.

Great. Just as expected. Not overwhelming and (not) not enough. Just right. No complaints. Well maybe a gate if you do a lot of online ordering. But I'm from Dallas. Just not used to the nice and friendly people everywhere. But that's a compliment to the city of Midland Odessa.
