I’ve been a resident for over a year now and I haven’t had a single issue with the staff. As long as you come with clear and hones concerns they make sure the problems get resolved. All amenities are great and well kept, the only issue I have with the apartment is its location and parking is a cluster everywhere.

Leasing office staff doge/ flat out do not answer my questions. They are nice but every time they say they will help me with something, they never do. I have to ask several times for them to fix a situation and its frustrating.

Great pool and location but poor soundproofing and high obligatory "extras".

Because it’s new, I thought it wouldn’t have the same problems as other gray star apartment. This place was built to minimum code in every way. They don’t have even close to enough parking, the trash fills up fast and overflows making a mess every other day. The walls are thin. Pluming is already having problems after 6 months. The staff are great and they try their best but, the owners knowingly gave them a crap sandwich and don’t have plans to improve it. You work hard for your money don’t waste it here. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The complex is still under construction and even still is a fabulous place. The office staff is friend my and attentive they made move in a breeze. On site maintenance has been fantastic about helping to work out a few things, he is so capable and friendly. Really a wonderful job is being done by all staff.
