Property Ratings at Ellyson Apartment Homes
I was tolerant of this place until I moved out and was charged almost $700 beyond what my deposit covered. I left the place spotless, took pictures upon move out, and made sure that I covered all my move out requirements. Once I questioned the validity of the charges, the company cut off communication, refused the payment I sent them, and sent my account to collections. I wouldn't rent from them. There are much better places to live that are safer, cleaner and will treat you better than this company.
We have lived here for 3 years and it seems every month we all get notices on our doors about some changes or about your pet I think those letters should just go to the residents who have pets. They are to keep their dog on leashes but that does not always true many owners let their dog out to do there business and then call them back in meanwhile children play in the area and I sometimes hear them say that they have stepped in dog Poop. They don't enforce the rules at all even though notices are given to each of us. We weren't suppose to back our cars in but everyone does, we are to move our cars every 3 days but I have there are cars that aren't moved for months at a time, cars that have flat tires are still able to park without anyone telling them to repair it. Graffiti is colored on the outside of the building. Children hang from the outside gutters making them loose and almost coming off. Stairwell is not meant for children to run up and down but they do, doors are constantly slammed even though notices are given out. The parking is horrible and too close to one another. My car has been scratched, my side mirror has been knocked off. They do not enforce the rules all they want is the RENT money. Next letter is to Property Management.
These people will be fake nice to get you to move in but its all an act. Especially the old lady that works there, I thought she was nice at first until she asked if i was going to renew my lease (i had lived here 8 years prior at $650 a month) and i told her i found a bigger house for cheaper than one bedroom apartment there. After she found out i wasnt staying she would give dirty looks like judgemental and everytime i would go into office for a question or to pay rent she would purposely make me wait. A few other people I knew that had lived there a while before new management said the same thing about them and would not stay there. Friendly warning Stay Away!! So many other better places out there. And that was just one issue with them, i could write a book of all the other instances.
The apartment me and my fiancé have been living at is pretty good. The property manager is nice and we haven't had any problems since we moved in
Located less than a quarter mile from the freeway, these apartments are a great place to come home to. The floor plans are awesome, with plenty of space for a family to live comfortably. They are in the process of renovation, making the already unique floor plans even better! We have lived here for 7 years, and love the fact that everything you need is practically right up the street! The rooms are a nice size, and the living area is open concept, making it great for entertaining. Once you close your door, you feel right at home in the quiet and comfort of your living space. They are conveniently located close to military posts and schools.
