So glad I choose Altis Promenade as my new home! Can't say enough good things about the office staff and the maintenance staff. The property and amenities are beautiful! Not to mention the color scheme.. I had to add a pop of red in my apartment.
Close to Tampa, easy access to highway. Community is beautiful and well maintained.
Front office personal were very knowledgeable and has a very positive attitude.
The management staff, particularly [Staff Member's Name], has been professional and attentive from day one. During my move-in, she made the process seamless and answered all my questions thoroughly. The entire team clearly works hard to make this a safe and pleasant community. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home in the area."

I’ve really enjoyed living here—the community is friendly, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful. It’s a quiet, safe, and convenient place to call home.
Lived here two years, no complaints so far. The amenities are super nice, and the maintenance staff always respond to our requests within a day or less. Having an attached garage is really nice for an apartment. And they’re pet friendly.
Trash not picked up. Trash is left in the hall ways for multiple days Bugs in apartment even after treatment appliances broken no support from management Maintenance crew good but short staffed and over worked (everywhere) very poor reactional facility no movies no outside tvs working Top $$$$ for area not worth it at all
We all understand that moving into an apartment will bring neighbor “living” noise…it should be expected in some capacity. I’m writing because of an entirely different scenario and how appreciative I am of Debra’s follow through and help as the property director. She took the time to meet with me directly and handle a situation. I am very thankful for her and the staff for working everything out.
I have been living here for 12 months now. Apartments are beautiful and there is no doubt about that (This is how they reel you in). But you will see that a common complaint is the walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors TV every night from my room as well as, all of their conversations. The worst thing is that during the tour I asked if you could hear the neighbors and I was informed that they have sound deterrent walls which would decrease sound. Big Fat Lie! I've put multiple complaints and the only response I get is "we will send a letter to your neighbor." I had to talk to my neighbor personally and thank god he was cool about it. I can still hear them but the sound is less. I just wish they would have told me the truth from the beginning. I'm content but not truly happy. Also now there is not enough parking. I have had to park near the kids playground which is a 10 minute walk to my unit. There are some spots that are so narrow that my car has dents and scratches due to cars parking too close in these narrow spots. Parking situation is out of control and some who own garages are not even parking in their driveways. Not only that but I made this comment on the apt website and the comment shows as "post pending" after 2 months. Obviously they don't want the bad rep.
1 star as that is the minimum Get past the nice facade. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Can hear everything. No one picks up after their dog. Don’t walk on the grass. Gates haven't worked in over Six months. Always a different story. The place is a joke. Empty apartments left unlocked. People walking in and out of them. Police on site every weekend for one reason or another. Management is non existent!
