Property Ratings at Alta Westinghouse Townhomes
The unit itself has been great. I've had some issues with the appliances but maintenance has been really quick. I love the amenities and new construction. I wish there were a few more amenities like a hot tub, sauna, or playground. I haven't seen many families. Neighbors are so so. Not friendly and keep porches a mess. Junked cars and tires in yards. I have enjoyed it so far but I don't think I would extend my lease.
Excellent place to live with professional management team.
The entire office staff at Alta Westinghouse has been fabulous! From the start, Bella, the manager, went out of her way to help us understand how to self-prorate our 12 weeks free special, which we really appreciated. Mary and Noah have answered every question we've had along the way, and our move-in was smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has also been excellent—quick and efficient with the minor issues that can come with new construction. We've had a great experience so far and are happy to call this community home!

I moved into my home about three weeks ago. I’m impressed with the layout of the home and the quiet community here at Alta! The staff here have been very warm, welcoming, helpful and supportive! The maintenance team is very quick to provide additional services. I love how the staff here are eager to answer questions and lead you directly to what you are looking for. It has been a great experience thus far living here! In addition, I’m excited about the extra parking spaces! Alta is a great place to live!

Valet trash is rather inconvenient, coffee machine in office often needs a clean and water pressure is low but property is clean and Mary is helpful and nice!

I recently moved into Alta Westinghouse, and the entire process was smooth and welcoming thanks to Noah and the manager, who were both great throughout my move-in. The townhomes are brand new, and you can truly feel the difference in quality and comfort. So far, we absolutely love it here. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. The property manager understood I was stuck in traffic coming from work in a storm and gave me a tour 25 minutes before close. Which typically, they don't do. She also checked in during my application process to see if she could further assist. I get my keys tomorrow and hopefully this is a smooth move!

This is the perfect place to have your family staying in my kids love it here all ages 9-15-16 the older kids having there own area upstairs with they own bathroom is a plus I couldn’t have found a better place for me and my family and not to mention the price is not bad at all this a starter home I literally feel like I’m in a house with free yard care and on call maintenance I love it here
