I do like the space at Alta Springs , the office team is nice , for the most part they keep our building clean , and hope they continue to, it would be nice if we noticed that the elevator was not working properly , I had to go down the stairs twice since I moved in , nothing wrong with in taking the stairs when you don’t have knee issues .

I’ve had the worst of luck with apartments appearing as something they are not after moving in. Alta Springs has changed this and I enjoy the community as well as the listed amenities always being available. The leasing office is wonderful!!! Everyone is full of joy and very helpful- I never feel like a bother with my silly questions.

Alta Springs has been a wonderful place to live from the first day I talked to Denise at the leasing office! Everyone is courteous and professional, maintenance is attentive as is security, and honestly it’s just gorgeous. I love the high ceilings and spacious floor plan of my two bedroom apartment, I’ve never felt so at home before!

So far, my family and I have been here for two weeks. I absolutely love this place! The location of the property is fantastic! The ladies at the leasing office made my family feel like we've been living here for years! The pool is fantastic, the apartment itself is huge with plenty of space for our belongings, and the icing on the cake is the secure entry points to my building. My family has decided that we're staying as long as we possibly can. If you're looking for a nice community with great neighbors and a very respectable office staff, stop looking and apply here!!
Good place overall. Nothing is perfect but this being our fourth place in 16 years I have to say, so far it has being the best.

Alta Springs is a GREAT place to live. I love my apartment. I have become friends with most neighbors on my floor and they are great! The leasing office staff, Denise and Maggie are amazing, They are very professional and really care about the residents. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the office staff is nice and helpful. The management company and property are horrible! They let anyone move in to their apartments and they end up trashing all the facilities. There's a ton of theft and vandalism. They gouge you in utilities, and I've not had hot water twice in the last month! Don't move in to any Greystar property. You will regret it.
