Excellent and friendly staff. Maintenance comes right away with any requests and are wonderful! Ray goes above and beyond! The leasing staff are very friendly and helpful as well. It’s overall an excellent apartment complex with great amenities and wonderful staff!

I love living here. The staff is super helpful and easy to reach. I love being able to walk to the grocery store or Starbucks. They have residential events and everyone is friendly and nice. Would recommend to anyone come live here.

The maintenance team are always available when they are needed. Good to know they care for their residents.

Overall great property, but the times of construction always start before and go after the said times. The fire alarm just went off abs it’s 1am in the morning on a Monday. Not to mention it was on for about 30 mins and went off twice after that. It constantly goes off multiple times a month all throughout the day. There’s barely no parking and especially not on your floor you might as well kiss that goodbye. I really hate this building and if I had more time to find a place I would’ve moved.

The maintenance team at Alta Porter is elite. When there is a problem and we need to call maintenance, they always show up fast and ready to help / fix anything to make sure we are comfortable and happy. Leslie and David are very friendly, efficient and you can tell they actually care. Truly thankful to have them!

Maintenance service makes a difference for when choosing property. David is truly the best. He always has a smile and no project is too complex for him. He also listens to our concerns (if any)and follows up with updates. He thoroughly attends to any request to ensure I am living comfortably. He finishes requests in a timely manner and I never feel like I have to chase maintenance down. Leslie is also great! They have made my experience 10x better than any other complex. I feel heard and it's a great community to be part of. Natasha is such a delight! She strives to make sure there are community events for you to get to know your neighbors. It's a very cozy neighborhood feeling, which is not a priority at other places. The mini monthly events are so fun and a great way to break the ice with new neighbors.

The office staff was great and very responsive. I toured with Izzy and she answered all my questions and any concerns I had. The apartments are brand new and spacious. I can't wait to move in!

My husband and I moved into Alta Porter nearly two weeks ago. We are very pleased with both the hospitality of the staff and with the apartment and amenities. Natasha, our leasing agent, was quick to respond to all inquiries and emails. She helped to ease the stressful process that is moving. Leslie the maintenance manager was quick up my hot water temperature after putting in a maintenance request.

I was taken on a tour of the apartments and they look amazing. The property was clean and they have great views of the city. Elizabeth, the leasing consultant was very knowledgeable and professional about answering any questions I had. She really goes out her way to help present tenants and new tenants. I will definitely be moving in when my lease is up.

I love living here! The staff is great and honestly the best part of this community, Natasha is so professional and personable, she really is fantastic and brightens my day with her wittiness. Alyson is the manager and I can tell you I have lived in many apartments, new and older and I have never met the manager, Alyson is always at the resident events and they are always top notch, catered and themed. Gabby the assistant manager is so communicative and organized, she can answer any question you have and if she doesn't know the answer she makes sure you get the correct answer. Maintenance is great, and really responsive, David is really nice and always greets you with a smile and Leslie is quick to make sure everything runs and looks good. Yeah there are beautiful apartments in all of Atlanta but the customer service at Alta Porter and responsiveness it what sets them apart. 10/10 totally recommend!! We know the entire team because they really care about their residents.

This place is really cool! They have an awesome pool, rooftop area and even a pantry which came in super handy when my phone charger broke. If you’re looking for a new place, I would definitely say to check it out!

I moved in a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! Not only is my apartment perfect and in the best location, but the office and maintenance staff are great! I’ve had a couple small things that needed fixed and maintenance came super fast and took care of it. The people in the office are always so friendly and helpful!

I toured with Alyson and I was amazed by how beautiful the apartments and community spaces were! The gym is so well done that I can cancel my monthly membership. I can’t wait to move-in and for the C&S Seafood to open!

I toured here recently and was helped by Jenny, who was so informative and kind. She patiently answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them, while I was there and the ones I thought of after I got home! She even remembered my dogs name. Great service! We can’t wait to move!

from the moment I walked in I knew this was going to be my new home. Everyone was so welcoming and nice, very patient as they answered all my questions about the one bedroom and studio apartments. Shout out to Alyson, for showing me every option! The finishes are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, I cant wait to see the finished pool! Location is great with kroger right across the street and close to 85 and all the shopping in lenox and phipps. completely in love!
