Great neighbor. Close to Sudbury, Acton, Concord so we can access to lots of activities. Apartment itself has lots of events and all neighbors are nice. Maintenance is really promptly done all the time with great care.

We started our move in process on Saturday and Liz and Mariah have both been wonderful! The community is beautiful and I’m so impressed by how quiet the hallways are.

Generally, the community is okay. Concern is about the security of the building when doors aren't repaired within a timely manner when in disrepair. Safety & security was primarily what was an attraction to the property. However, it was an inviting, warm place to spend the winter months, and most people are generally friendly. The community events are fun too.

Great community. Well maintained building and site. Great amenities. Nicely designed apartment. Plenty of storage space. Great well appointed kitchen.

Mariah is fantastic and is never to busy to help or answer questions. The property is well maintained and very clean. It’s a diverse community with young and old but it makes for a great culture.

I really enjoy living at Oxbow. Love our top floor, open layout, corner unit with big windows, allowing for the light to pour in, for great views of the woods and sunsets. The floors are really pretty and there is plenty of storage space. Our 55 building is very quiet and the neighbors very friendly (most of them!). The landscapers and housekeepers do a meticulous job and everything is beautifully maintained. The amenities are great. The current property management staff is very warm, communicative, helpful and efficient. There is not a lot happening in Wayland. But we have found some great places to go in surrounding towns. I spend a lot of time in Cambridge, Arlington and Lexington, and the commutes are quick and easy. The negatives are the nearby police gun range and occasional sounds of shooting guns. There is not always enough parking.

So far things have been so great! Everything is super clean :) I have really enjoyed using the gym. The move in process was really easy and everyone in the office was great to work with.

Loved the pool in the summer! The new management is much more on top of things than their predecessor. Wished the garage doors always opened!

Very pleased with our decision to move here. It is quiet, well maintained, responsive staff, good location, great amenities. Our neighbors in the over 55 building are all friendly yet non intrusive. The location is convenient as shopping and restaurants are nearby. Enclosed garage parking is available.

The best place I’ve ever lived! Great amenities, activities, and location. Very well maintained. The staff is very responsive. Peaceful and quiet location with lots of nature. Near bike trails and grocery store.

It is a great apartment complex! We are happy to live here as a family of four. We love the common areas; the farm house, pool and more importantly the grill!

Location is great, amenities are amazing. Parking is an issue and will be a big concern in the winter. Garage price of $175 is much higher than other apartment locations.

Elevator C went wrong once after a while. hopefully new management can fix the issue. The living environment is great and we appreciate the management team's effort to improve the community in many aspects such as the mail room, accessibility, and readiness in helping answering questions.

Seems like every month there is a new rule to living at Oxbow. Also dogs should be able to be off leash on a buzz collar at owners discretion. The rooms are amazingly sound proof and that is awesome. The residence at Oxbow are friendly and so are the staff. It’s a new management so I understand the new rules but would be nice if there were some rules to make the community morale go up.

Good community and a lot of happy experiences in here. Love the farm house and the facility provided in it. The summer time swimming pool in the yard is also wonderful.

Since switching management, Oxbow has really improved! It feels like home now! It’s great to have a team willing to solve any and all issues!

We love living here. Our neighbors are so nice and the new management team is responsive and professional. I only wish that the corridors in our building could be repainted and repaired

I have met some wonderful people here. The management team has done an amazing job here. They put on many social events to try and get the community together.

We Love living here. We have enjoyed downsizing to a new apartment with modern appliances, no carpeting, nice flooring, underground parking, no stairs, no shoveling snow, and a nice excersie room and outdoor pool - just to name a few things that make this place a comfortable and pretty place to live. We are lucky too because the sunset views from our windows and balcony are spectacular. Also, the maintenance team has been very quick and friendly to respond to any issues.

Great place to live! Tons of amenities and great place if you work from home as there’s ample space to work from so you’re not stuck in your apartment all day. They do kind of nickel and dime you for all the utilities. Nothing is included, but well worth it if you use everything they have to offer.

I’ve been living at Alta Oxbow for 2 months and could not be happier. The staff Ashley Mike and Jess do a great job of making you feel welcomed at move-in. The grounds are always clean! And maintenance request are handled quickly!

Visit the property more than once and worked with both Mike, Ashley and Jess. Each employee took plenty of time to show me the different options and floor plans. I am moving to Oxbow in June - I cannot wait to join the upcoming resident events.

Been here for about a year and just did my renewal for another. I love it, and the team here handles everything as needed. Shane and Mike are great and any issues I’ve had (which have been minor) they have taken care of it immediately.

Alta Oxbow was the perfect solution when we decided to downsize. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Our apartment is well-designed, with high quality appliances, climate control, and other components. The underground parking with charging stations is a big plus.The staff - administrative and maintenance - is friendly, professional, and always happy to answer questions or respond to requests. Occasional social events like holiday celebrations and cider and donuts add to the community feeling here. We were welcomed by our neighbors and have made good friends. We like the country environment, the nearby natural areas, and the local shopping centers. Wayland and Alta Oxbow is a great match!

Just moved to Wayland from out of state and the staff made the process so easy for me! I had a lot of questions along the way and everyone was patient helpful and welcoming. I worked with Mike to do a virtual tour, and he was a huge help. He sent photos and measurements and checked in with me along the way. Very happy with my choice. And I love my apartment.

Have lived year for a year and just renewed our lease. The grounds, building, amenities and landscape are only matched by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It’s truly a wonderful place to live. Also a big bonus is the area and proximity to everything you may need.

Alta Oxbow is the ultimate apartment complex. They have a full gym, recreation room, pool, golf simulator, and much more. The service is 5 stars, and the hospitality is out of this world! Mike Drew was my tour guide and his level of service and expertise is the reason I moved into Alta. I want to thank Mike, Jess, Shane, and then entire staff. You all have made my stay very warm and welcoming!

We enjoy living in Alta Oxbow. There are numerous amenities... out door pool, gas powered fire pits and stainless steel BBQ, state of the art gym, comfortable out door furniture to relax in the sunny court yards with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino or creamy hot chocolate. The maintenance team of Richard, Delvy and Shawn are professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The management team organizes events such as Super Bowl party, summer luau and others to meet new neighbors make living FUN.

I want to Alta Oxbow about six months ago. Not only is the staff extremely polite, the building as well kept, and I have never had trouble with parking. Also have resident events!

Long review but worth the read. I have lived at Alta Oxbow for about 6 months now and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I love so many things about it that I just had to make a list. My 1 bed 1 bath unit: The units are nearly brand new (we are the first tenants in our unit??) and are well equipped with modern appliances and features. The appliances are all Samsung and are amazing to use! The cabinets are modern and the kitchen island has so much storage below. There is so much cabinet space that we can’t even fill them all! I love the large windows that provide so much light and the balcony provides a nice quiet outdoor space large enough for chairs and decor. For being a 1B1B, it has so much space and is the perfect size for my fiancé and I. Amenities: I use the gym nearly everyday and love it! It provides the basics for a great workout (including peloton for free!). The pool was open in the summer and the space was so clean and fun! The summer was a blast!! There was music playing on speakers and on a few occasions Mike from the office staff came outside to say hi and give everyone popsicles. Added touches like this make Alta Oxbow so amazing. There have also been events at least monthly that have been so fun with drinks and food. It’s been a good way for my fiancé and I to meet people. Complex: The complex is maintained very well. The maintenance team is incredible. When I have submitted a request I had a knock on my door usually the same day (shoutout Boston- he’s awesome!!) Huge props to the whole staff for keeping the complex clean and also having standards. I appreciate the standard and expectation that is required of residents to keep the community clean. Staff: Shane and Mike were PIVOTAL to our move in. We came from a very very unkept apartment complex and coming here was a dream. Mike and Shane were so honest, kind, and helpful as we were looking for apartments and we just knew that this was the place for us. 10/10 recommend Alta Oxbow. Thank you for giving us a place that actually feels like home.

The leasing office team is approachable, professional, and welcoming. Any time that I have had to contact leasing for any questions or concerns Shane, Mike, Jess, and Ashley have been willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions, or address any concerns that I have. I appreciate the events that they host for the residents to make them feel welcomed in the Alta Oxbow community. Recently they provided the residents with donuts, coffee, and apple cider as a fall treat pop up. It was a nice gesture leading into the weekend as a resident. Living at Alta Oxbow has been a pleasant and enjoyable experience due to the positive interactions I have had with the overall Alta Oxbow team. This is why I would highly recommend Alta Oxbow as a place to live for anyone who is looking.

Moved to Massachusetts from Utah in January and moved into a different complex initially. After a few months we relocated to Alta Oxbow and my fiancé and I couldn’t be happier. The complex is clean, lots of fun amenities, and friendly staff. Happy living here.

I have been residing at Alta Oxbow since January 2023. I was a lifelong Bostonian before moving to Oxbow. It is a big change from Boston. The numerous amenities make the complex attractive and luxurious. In addition my unit is a good size with a balcony. I have found that the entire staff including the maintenance staff to be very responsive. In addition the staff is constantly providing the residence with a number of fun activities. I have thoroughly enjoyed me stay at Oxbow. The 55+ building is quiet and the residents are very friendly. John Bruno

The events planned by our property manager are wonderful. We have been here 3 months and haven’t missed one!!! Wonderful way to meet our neighbors plus have a great time Kudos to Nicole our wonderful property manager and the amazing team! Fun place to live??

I can’t say more about how happy we are living in an apartment at Alta Oxbow in Wayland. Friendly neighbors and helpful property management staff. On top of these are the public banquet room and game room, which you can entertain you guests for afternoon tea, coffee; listen to soft music, read a book, watch football or your favorite programs on 3 HDTVs sitting on ultra comfortable chairs and sofa. Whats more, the property manager and her team organize parties for the residents to get together for a lovely evening of drinks and light snacks. In which, we meet new neighbors. Last but not least, the maintenance department attends to details. My favorite is Richard. He always get things done well and fast.
