The walking distance to the beach, bike trail and restaurants is a huge benefit. For military the convenience of living off base but a quick drive to work is a benefit especially on days where traffic is bad. The apartment host great quarterly events that bring the residents together over food, drinks, and live music. Amentities are great, the gym setup is very convenient. Staff has always been friendly and attentive if something is needed.

Alta O’side is a very nice community. Everyone you run into is extremely friendly. The staff is extremely helpful at all times and are quick to respond. The common areas are always clean. A huge plus is the presence of after hours security guards who roam the halls. From the amenities to the easy moving in process, the experience here has been great. Stephanie helped us from the beginning, helping us pick the best apartment for us and our growing family to making sure we had a time picked out to pick up our keys before her days off. Lance helped us the day we moved in and made the process easier by answering all of our questions and finding an easier way into the building to move our stuff in.

We moved to the US recently and knew we wanted to live in San Diego. We'd heard mixed things about Oceanside so was a bit hesitant at first. But our tour of Alta changed our perspective and so happy and grateful we live here now. One of the biggest requirements was to go for walks and to stroll along the beach every day is a dream. There's also so many terrific restaurants and cafes in the area too. The amenities in the building are fantastic as well, I love the library-coworking space.

The staff at Alta Oceanside has been amazing from day 1. We were needing a place quickly because our old apartment had major repairs that needed to be done.
