Quick maintenance response. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and I am top floor, love the quiet area. It has been a great experience so far.
I am a new resident and have had only positive experiences since moving here. The leasing team in the office are quick to answer any of my concerns or questions, the maintenance team the same. The grounds are meticulously cared for, the amenities are numerous and helpful. I am already raving about living here to all my friends.

I have just moved in two days ago and am extremely impressed by the level of attention given me and my concerns. Every time I call the issues ( all very minor) are quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Fernando and Raphael have done an outstanding job addressing any of my needs. Annie and Sophie are also very professional yet extremely attentive and patient with me. They are so sweet. I have met a few neighbors and very pleased with the new friendships I anticipate developing as well.

I love that the community isn't in a city. Lots of gorgeous landscaping to walk and I feel safe at night walking my dog with all the lights. There are also multiple policemen who live here. I haven't had an issue with parking like some other people have said but I am also home before 9 pm every night.

After living in several various apartments, Alta Northerly by far takes the cake. They offer the best prices, the amenities are amazing, the property is well maintained, the staff is very welcoming, and we have not had any issues with parking outside our building, even when coming home late at night. I'll be honest. I don't spend much time actually in my apartment. I love the amenities here. I work in the day office spaces a lot in the clubhouse, walk creek circle a bunch with my dog and will be working by the pool most days all summer. We hear movies on the lawn is rolling out this summer and am excited for that. It's clean and right off 400.

Alta Northerly is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is responsive and kind, and the apartment design is far more luxurious and beautiful than all of the “luxury apartments“ out there (with the nicest pool and gym too). Alta Northerly actually got it right and it’s a wonderful place to live!

We absolutely love living at Alta Northerly. The community is so nice, the maintenance team is amazing, the office staff is so friendly. Alta Northerly is very aesthetically pleasing, but once you live here and see how rare it is that things get done you start to have a different opinion. The dog park only got new turf when residents complained about the smell numerous times. The garden that a lot of residents use does not have water or tools. There is no such thing as a movie lawn like they list as a luxury. The maintenance team is awesome though, they are very friendly and willing to help whenever.

We’re leaving at Alta since march 2024, and we were super excited and surprised how great is it to be here, to live here. Some communities could have about 3-5 stars, that is because it is all what they deserve. Same time, Alta Northerly could have only 5 stars, just because 5 stars is limited maximum what community could have! I’m really glad that we found this place! Alta Northerly has such a kind community and I felt at home as soon as I toured here. The amenities are top tier and the staff is super quick to contact if I ever have any questions. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

My Husband and I moved in 7/5/24 and we couldn't be more in love with our new apartment. Not only is Alta Northerly a brand new community, it is has all new appliances, modern fixtures, and such an open floorplan in our B2 unit that we picked. I can't even express how amazing all the amenities are! The community is so clean and the office staff is friendly. I can't get over just how in love with this community we are. We are so excited to have found our new home and encourage anyone who is looking for an apartment to pick Alta Northerly. You won't be disappointed.

Easy move in, staff are extremely helpful, Jessica and Leslie made sure we had everything we need. Best customer service. Good community, safe and convenient for everyday commute.

Alta Northerly is an amazing family friendly, young person community that is a good bang for your buck! The staff is so engaging, friendly, and huge help during the move in process and afterwards with everything you need. The property manager is always ensuring the best experience in your home. Overall, Alta Northerly is a 10/10 with rates competing with other apartments.

Jenny, the manager, gave amazing customer service! She was patient and answered all of my questions. You could tell she really cared and wanted to help. The apartments are also so pretty. If you’re looking to move, this is the place to be.
