I like living at Alta Mill. I like the noise level they keep the pools clean. The staff is very kind maintenance does an excellent job. The only complaint I have is the gate why it never stays close or if it does stay close people cannot deliver my packages pass the gate and they don’t have a gate code so there’s always a problem with the gate

I recently moved back to Alta Mills, I was a resident before for six years. So far this time, I've been very satisfied with the leasing staff. Brad, and Isiah, are AWESOME!! I chose to move back because looking at other properties old and new, the floor plans are larger and they keep the grounds clean. (We all complain about the Gates not working, but the reality is that PEOPLE TEAR THEM UP BEING IMPATIENT!! When I lived here before I watched cars tear the arms down and push the gate open with their cars). And on the weekends, I would like to see the trash compactor ran more, and it would be good to remind the residents to place the trash in the compactor not outside of it when it is empty.

Alta Mill is most popular, everyone I meet knows it. It is most spacious and beautiful. Convenient ways to pay rent, and actually we got rewarded once for paying our rent on time. They believe in giving back. It has its cons, but I believe Alta Mill try their best to make up for them.

We visit many apartments in Cobb County.Alta Mill is the best design wise. Alta Mill, has more to offer, than most apartments. It’s affordable for a reason though: roach infested , thin flooring to hear neighbors above you. You get what you pay for. Good Luck.

Leasing office staff was wonderful from the first time I walked into to tour an apartment. Tour went great, love the neighborhood. Used one of the pools to cool off after move in. Love my experience so far!

Plenty space for my beautiful children of 4. I have a bird feeder on my balcony, it attract red birds everyday. I’ve been swimming, at the pool. I’ve been working out at the gym. The kids play together, which is great.

I love the Alta Mills community. The staff is very pleasant and the maintenance teams always come out quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the facelift of the apartment is only gorgeous at first glance. They need a new crew to prepare the apartments for moving in.

I haven't had really any bad experience here. I live here over 15 years and all the staff and maintenance are great. The Lahor, probably spelling his name wrong but he keep the property clean. William is very good in what he does. I always tell friend it a great place. Very clean.

Everything at this community is good, I love how clean they keep this community. It would be nice if they can fix the gate. The pool area is nice and the apartment has had no issues. I am soon about to sign my 4th lease.

Good experience so far. My only problem is you guys don't clean the stair cases especially building 300, third floor. If you can be cleaning the stair cases and floor every two weeks that will really be great. Most at time you cleaned just the first floor.

Hello, I definitely recommend the Alta Mill apartments, they are comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet, the maintenance is very good, when something goes wrong, they don't take long to fix it, they have a laundry service and a gym.

It’s the worst move in from the electric sockets not working apartment not being clean smell of dog and to have a disable child were dog hair can cause her to have a seizure and to be told that’s a not a valid reason to terminate my lease after a week of being here … the worst experience ever

Great place to stay with your family. I have here for 2 years with no issues. Good apts, surrounding always clean. Staff are dedicated and polite, promptness to maintenance issues. Quite surroundings.

Living in Alta Mill has been amazing! Amazing staff and maintence. Everything is so close. It’s quiet and peaceful. I enjoy being in the balcony.

It’s a great place to live. I haven’t seen any pests but the gate situation is horrible. I hate how it’s open sometimes and it’s not open other times and how people keep breaking the gate to every week. It seems like and then there’s people playing loud music all night and they won’t stop. I’ve complained to the leasing office, they did nothing to help

Everything here is wonderful! They keep the grounds clean and the gates working. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay! Alta mill is the best.

My residential experience went well. I had two great guys help, Isiah and Brad. When I came in the office, I was greeted as if I’m in the right place to call home. Sitting down to listening to what was available, I was happy because they had exactly what I wanted. I moved forward with the paperwork and was approved the next day. Glad to call this location my new home. You guys are the best.

I love it here but it does have bugs . But it if very quiet & very friendly . Has a lot of children & I have two myself so I love that . The pool & park is amazing as well
