Alta Mill Apartments

Alta Mill is a beautiful place to call your home. They have beautiful and spacious apartment. They have a wonderful office staff, and a great maintenance staff as well. The grounds are well kept, and the have great amenities here. Come check out this place a home just for you.

Leasing office staff was wonderful from the first time I walked into to tour an apartment. Tour went great, love the neighborhood. Used one of the pools to cool off after move in. Love my experience so far!

Great stay. Next to Sanders school, our last name so happen to be sanders. So happy summer is here, we are ready to hit the pool. We have the gym to get even more pool ready!

Plenty space for my beautiful children of 4. I have a bird feeder on my balcony, it attract red birds everyday. I’ve been swimming, at the pool. I’ve been working out at the gym. The kids play together, which is great.

If I could do it all over again I would the process went great. And Brad was very helpful i would prefer anyone to come to this, place it's clean and pools look beautiful

I love the Alta Mills community. The staff is very pleasant and the maintenance teams always come out quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the facelift of the apartment is only gorgeous at first glance. They need a new crew to prepare the apartments for moving in.

My favorite to live. Very beautiful grounds, and great amenities to use. Beautiful pools and wonderful places to have a party around the pool.

I haven't had really any bad experience here. I live here over 15 years and all the staff and maintenance are great. The Lahor, probably spelling his name wrong but he keep the property clean. William is very good in what he does. I always tell friend it a great place. Very clean.

Everything at this community is good, I love how clean they keep this community. It would be nice if they can fix the gate. The pool area is nice and the apartment has had no issues. I am soon about to sign my 4th lease.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here. The maintenance staff is wonderful. And Brad in the office is always wonderful. I think some of the other management could be kinder and could listen to find solutions a little better though

I super love my apartment! The office staff go over and beyond. Maintenance is quick and thorough. It's quiet I never hear any ruckus outside! I recommend!!

I love how the leasing agents throw gatherings for the community, however, some of the neighbors.. are not very neighbor like. Loud at times

Good experience so far. My only problem is you guys don't clean the stair cases especially building 300, third floor. If you can be cleaning the stair cases and floor every two weeks that will really be great. Most at time you cleaned just the first floor.

I love living here at the Alta Mills. March made my eight year being here. I love the way they keep our grounds up, and all of our beautiful amenities for us to enjoy.

For the most part everything here is wonderful. I would and have definitely recommended people here. The apartments are spacious. I cant wait for the pool to open back up!

Hello, I definitely recommend the Alta Mill apartments, they are comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet, the maintenance is very good, when something goes wrong, they don't take long to fix it, they have a laundry service and a gym.

Amazing!!! Only been staying here for about two weeks and love it. Neighbors are wonderful and polite, just a wonderful and quiet community. Will recommend to others.

It’s the worst move in from the electric sockets not working apartment not being clean smell of dog and to have a disable child were dog hair can cause her to have a seizure and to be told that’s a not a valid reason to terminate my lease after a week of being here … the worst experience ever

Great place to stay with your family. I have here for 2 years with no issues. Good apts, surrounding always clean. Staff are dedicated and polite, promptness to maintenance issues. Quite surroundings.

Living in Alta Mill has been amazing! Amazing staff and maintence. Everything is so close. It’s quiet and peaceful. I enjoy being in the balcony.

It’s a great place to live. I haven’t seen any pests but the gate situation is horrible. I hate how it’s open sometimes and it’s not open other times and how people keep breaking the gate to every week. It seems like and then there’s people playing loud music all night and they won’t stop. I’ve complained to the leasing office, they did nothing to help

Everything here is wonderful! They keep the grounds clean and the gates working. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay! Alta mill is the best.

My residential experience went well. I had two great guys help, Isiah and Brad. When I came in the office, I was greeted as if I’m in the right place to call home. Sitting down to listening to what was available, I was happy because they had exactly what I wanted. I moved forward with the paperwork and was approved the next day. Glad to call this location my new home. You guys are the best.

It’s was a smooth and easy move . Brandy help me thru the process . He was great. Within 2 business days I was in my new apartment . The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

I love it here but it does have bugs . But it if very quiet & very friendly . Has a lot of children & I have two myself so I love that . The pool & park is amazing as well

My living experience has been wonderful so far. I have been at peace. My neighbors are clean, my packages are never touched and i absolutely love my apartmen. The staff are always available and willing to help with what ever issue you have.

I love living here. The staff has always been pleasant and caring. I see how they are trying to build a family within the residency. I also appreciate the way they are appreciate the residents with different treats and such. The community itself is thriving and growing. Thank you Alt Mills!

The community is well kept. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. I love walking my dog in the community. Very peaceful! The staff is very helpful and friendly and they have snacks in the office!

My experience was fine. No issues on my end. All went smoothly. Handled quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. Will update if any issues but don't think there will be. So good so far.

I’m all about black excellence so I love most staff look like us! They accommodate our kids after school to hang out safely together in office there’s a playroom. The kids hang out in the park .

I like the structure, the pool, the car wash feature.I even like the color scheme. I like the landscape is, so we can look at the trees. I like it has two laundry rooms, although the one in the back got some dryers not fully working. Our family thinks it’s the best complex around .

When I walked into the office, it was very friendly and pleasant. I am glad to be joining this beautiful community. The walk through was great and I cannot wait to move in.

I enjoy living here. All the good stores are close to me even fast food / restaurants. Love being on the 3rd floor and watch the sunset in the balcony.

I’ve lived here for some years now and have seen a lot of changes. . Overall my experience has been pretty positive and with some improvement could be better but overall it’s been nice living here at Alta Mill.

I love it here. It's peaceful, convenient to all shopping, restaurants and more, plus maintenance is the bomb quick and fast responding to concerns. Everyone in the leasing office has been amazing. I had a personal situation occur almost a year ago that jeopardized my safety and they got me taken care of easily. Apartments are very spacious. The huge tub and walk in pantry are my favorite.

Happy New Year to all the residents at Alta Mills. The year started off great for me, thanks to the man up above. January is my birthday month, and I make a new years resolutions list for myself this time around. I renewed my lease again, this will be 8 years so far. I am going to enjoy myself, by using all of the great amenities that they offer us here. I am going to the gym, the tennis court yes yes,we are so excited because we found some rackets to play tennis at Good will yes yes we did lol. The beautiful pool, that they keep clean every Monday. We also want to try to fire up one of their barbecue pit this year as well. Yes yes that what am plan on doing enjoying my residency here at the Alta Mills.

The leasing office staff has always been friendly. Neighbors , also been friendly, however..the landscape could use a bit of work by each of the apartment entrances

This place is lovely. It really is one of the best places in Cobb County. Which is why, we have to figure out this roach problem. Pest control fee each month, but they’re not clearing them out. They’re in the vents, in the walls. My husband has spent money sealing up cracks they can come out of. I live in luxury, but these bugs in here makes it embarrassing to bring company in my home.

Isiah was really helpful very kind and very professional I felt very much at home 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new home and they have a elementary school in the next block love it

Great space. Great staff. Plenty of parking . Keep note floors are thin. You Can hear neighbors walk loudly, neighbors beneath complain when our kids play. So if have dogs are kids , try to get bottom units. Roaches are in the walls as well. We've been here two years, can't get rid of them. I give five star despite that because it's best design and scenery I've seen for its price . Just want to give honest opinion to my future neighbors. It is very close to perfect.

Happy holidays to everyone. I was so excited to renewal my lease for the eight time here. I love how spacious my apartment home is. I just love the office staff so much, and how they keep the office community center organized, and so beautiful and smelling wonderful. I love the maintenance team, they are so wonderful and professional. I am truly happy to be living here, it's very quiet and safe.
