He took the time to answer all our questions and showed us more than three apartments with great patience. Kyle was friendly and professional. All the staff here are exceptional—kind-hearted and very professional as well. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, making for a hassle-free living experience. The Alta Ivy community is a great place to live with many amenities. It is conveniently located to several shopping areas, restaurants and local parks and walking trails. This community is GORGEOUS and I can’t wait to move in. I chose this community because the office and maintenance team members are friendly, very knowledgeable & punctual. Also as a future resident, I get to choose Internet services from either GOOGLE Fiber or AT&T Fiber, where other communities in the area don’t offer these or make you pay for a bundled package that you can’t customize for your own preferences.
