We recently moved into Alta Ivy, and our experience so far has been fantastic! We toured the property with Kyle, who was the only staff member working that day. He took the time to answer all our questions and showed us more than three apartments with great patience. Kyle was friendly and professional. All the staff here are exceptional—kind-hearted and very professional as well. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, making for a hassle-free living experience. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable environment, I highly recommend Alta Ivy!

The Alta Ivy community is a great place to live with many amenities. It is conveniently located to several shopping areas, restaurants and local parks and walking trails. The apartments are modern and well appointed with upgraded kitchen appliances, flooring, window coverings, etc. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoy living here.

This community is GORGEOUS and I can’t wait to move in. I chose this community because the office and maintenance team members are friendly, very knowledgeable & punctual. Also as a future resident, I get to choose Internet services from either GOOGLE Fiber or AT&T Fiber, where other communities in the area don’t offer these or make you pay for a bundled package that you can’t customize for your own preferences.
