The front office staff were awesome and accommodating! Great place to live!
Convenient to everything but far enough from all the traffic. Grounds are maintained and clean. Units have a lot of room with plenty of storage. All staff is always welcoming and available. Very peaceful and relaxing living at AHF. Even our dog loves living in our new home. Highly recommend Alta Haris Farms.
The smoke detector started beeping and the battery needed changed. I didnt have any batteries on hand, so I went to the office and the ladies helped me put in a request for maintenance. It was a rather quick time frame for maintenance to arrive at my apartment too! George came in and changed all of the batteries for the detectors and even shut my office door since I was working. He even took a moment to say hi to my cats, which is always nice to hear. Thank you George!

We have been very disappointed with our apartment. We know that it's a second floor unit, but we hear everything that comes from our upstairs neighbors. Running, jumping, dropping, furniture moving, extra loud thumps.

The community is very nice. Great amenities and the apartments are well designed. The staff is wonderful and it is convenient to downtown and the new Publix across the street is great.

Had two minor issues, one with rain water leaking through the door from the porch and another with my kitchen sink leaking. First visit: 2 men were here and fixed the porch door and then worked on the kitchen sink. They believed it to be fixed but said to keep an eye on it and to call back if the sink still leaked. I called back because the sink still leaked. Another man came out, he tried fixing it but needed to swap out a part and explained as he went. He even acknowledged one of my cats, overall experience went well with each visit! Thanks guys!
