Property Ratings at Alta Citron
The community was a wonderful place to live until the transition to the current management staff and the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the short 30-day notice to vacate, which was due to building issues that existed prior to move-in and were known to management well in advance. Additionally, communication has been inconsistent, as different staff members provide conflicting information while withholding important details that residents need.
My experience here so far has been amazing! From the attentive staff to the cleanliness of the community, everything has been above satisfactory!

Alta Citron is the perfect condominium for those who want comfort with the right dose of leisure. Its comfortable and luxurious office is perfect for casual or business meetings, its refreshing pool provides residents with pleasant moments with family and its barbecue areas are an invitation for social gatherings with good food and conversation. The convenience of having plenty of parking spaces and efficient maintenance services are also highlights and its privileged location puts us close to several shops and services. In my opinion, Alta Citron is one of the best housing options in the Davenport region.

My husband and I came from an older complex with maintenance/management issues. We absolutely LOVE the community here. It’s so very well taken care of. The amenities are such a HUGE bonus, we enjoy them frequently. They also have added security, along with community being gated. That was a very big priority. This complex has it all from safety to being centrally located.

Here at Alta Citron we live in apartments that do not provide us with security. The gate is not working for days and thieves come in and steal cars in the early hours of the morning! Not to mention that the internet, which is the responsibility of the condominium, is not working for days! Do not come to this condominium! And I almost forgot! Rat infestation in the buildings
